Taking care of three dogs at the same time is definitely not an easy job, especially because each of my dogs has a different personality and needs, but Baylee handled everything so well. From the very beginning, Baylee was kind, patient, responsible, and very attentive to my dogs. She made me feel comfortable leaving them in her care, and I could tell right away that she genuinely cared about them rather than simply treating it like a job. My dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. One of the things I appreciated the most was how attentive Baylee was to each individual dog. She took the time to understand their personalities and made sure they were comfortable and safe. She was also very reliable about following all of my instructions and taking care of everything exactly as I asked. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that my dogs were in good hands while I was away. Baylee also did a great job communicating with me. She kept me updated and made sure I knew how the dogs were doing, which was especially reassuring when I was away from home. Drop-in visit was mainly for grooming since, due to poor vision, I'm unable to safely do. Clover loves Gabriela snd is very happy every time she is here, whether it be for Drop-in visits or dog walking. Gabriela is very good with Clover as well as my cat Bonnie. She is a college student however and you may need to be flexible with your schedule to accommodate her school schedule.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
