“June was very attentive to my needs and took great care of my three cats during our long vacation. I never worried about them because I knew they were being cared for by June. She sent me daily photos and updates. I would definitely hire her again!!”

About: As a dedicated pet owner and future Veterinary Technician graduating this December, I understand the importance of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care for your pets. I treat every dog like my own and am committed to ensuring they are happy, healthy, and well cared for while you're away. I offer flexible pet walking services around my school schedule and will work with you to find times that best fit your pet's needs. I am committed to providing dependable, compassionate care for every pet I meet. I do care for every pet as if they were my own by following their regular routine and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In a client's home, I provide fresh food and water, walks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection while respecting the owner's instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs. I also prioritize keeping the home clean and secure during each visit. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care so both pets and their owners have peace of mind
“Aaron did great with our two dogs! Both boys loved seeing him the week we were out of town on vacation. He came over twice a day and sent picture updates of the boys! We didn’t even make it home from Florida before we booked again with him for our next trip away!”

“Jessica always goes above and beyond for our cat Murphy. It takes a while for Murphy to warm up to people and is skittish (even with us sometimes). He seems to have accepted Jessica, and I highly recommend her to care for your fur babies.”

“Samantha did an excellent job with my cat. I have a very ill cat that needed special care and she knocked it out of the park, he came healthier than I left him! 10/10 recommend!”

“Our family absolutely loved Nicole and her girls , they took excellent care of my Gracie girl , kept her company and played with her which she absolutely enjoyed, asked her for picture updates and she has taken so many pictures. I would 100 percent book with her again she is very good at communicating and super trustworthy. Gracie loved them so much.”

About: I've cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, including energetic puppies and older dogs. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable. Whether it's walks, feeding, playtime, medication reminders, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and the same care I'd want for my own. My schedule allows me to be reliable and flexible for pet care. I make sure pets stay on their normal routine with regular potty breaks, walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of attention. I communicate with owners throughout the visit with updates and photos so they know their pets are safe and well cared for. I take responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail seriously. I carefully follow each owner's instructions, keep pets secure at all times, and make their comfort and safety my top priority. I keep water available, maintain a clean environment, and provide a calm, stress-free experience. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: With a deep passion for animal welfare, I have developed a lifelong affinity for dogs. My household has always included at least one dog, and I have gained extensive experience in caring for them throughout my adult life. My children, now adults, grew up in dog-friendly households and have continued this tradition with their own families. I strongly believe that a home is incomplete without the companionship of a four-legged friend. I am well-versed in handling various breeds and sizes of dogs. Your dog and I will enjoy exploring the neighborhood together, discovering new sights and smells. On occasion, we may visit our local Starbucks for a pup cup treat, with your prior approval. We may also take a stroll through the nearby park, weather permitting. I understand the importance of providing dogs with opportunities to experience new environments and sensations. My ultimate goal is to ensure that your dog remains comfortable and stress-free at all times. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a meet and greet. I am available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, to provide pet care services for your fur babies. On Sundays, I am available anytime after 12:30 p.m., following church services. My residence features a fenced yard, providing a secure environment for my five pets. I diligently supervise them, limiting their time alone to brief intervals. We participate in regular walks, adjusted according to weather conditions. I prioritize their comfort, avoiding walks in extreme temperatures and taking measures to protect them from the elements.
“Looove lilly! She came visit us to get to know the cats before we left. This was my first time using rover and also our first time leaving our cats after moving to a new place so I was pretty anxious. But she took such great care of my babies that I didn’t have to worry about them while we were on vacation. She made sure our cats trusted her and was so patient with them. She kept me updated and love all the pictures she sent me. TY LILLY 🤍”

“Nevaeh was a lifesaver for our family! We decided to take a last minute trip and I was having a hard time finding someone to watch our cat. I messaged Nevaeh and she answered me pretty much right away! She was very easy to communicate with and did an amazing job taking care of our cat. Would definitely work with her again in the future!”

Megan was phenomenal! She took such good care of my fur baby! The pictures she took and updates she provided let me know my kitty was well taken care of. She also brought in some packages of mine and was very respectful of my home. I would absolutely book with her again! Thank you so much megan!
Drop-in visit was mainly for grooming since, due to poor vision, I'm unable to safely do. Clover loves Gabriela snd is very happy every time she is here, whether it be for Drop-in visits or dog walking. Gabriela is very good with Clover as well as my cat Bonnie. She is a college student however and you may need to be flexible with your schedule to accommodate her school schedule.

Samantha was just perfect for our dogs! Very thoughtful and caring. Her communications were clear and sweet and we looked forward to hearing from her daily while we traveled. We definitely felt like our pets were in excellent hands, and I would absolutely suggest her to people looking for pet care

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
