About: Hi my name is Kendra . I’ve grown up around dogs and all kinds of animals my whole life ! I live in Hopkinsville KY with a fenced in backyard . We have two dogs and 1 cat . They all get along great with other animals ! I am a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos who are huge animals lovers like their mom . About: I've taken care of my own dog for the past 8 years, but before that I was raised around dogs and other animals. My grandparents and uncle always had multiple dogs for hunting, so I am very comfortable around and them and developed a love for dogs at a young age. I have dog sat on various occasions over the past 10 years, and I would love to continue to do it while I’m on the job search. I have a relatively flexible schedule throughout the week since I am pregnant and out of work for the moment, so in most cases would be more than willing to try and work something out. I am currently living in a house with my own dog so I would rather not be doing home services on my end but it is possible for well behaved dogs since my dog is very friendly.

About: What sets me apart is that I truly treat every dog like family. I have three sweet, well-loved pups of my own—a playful 1-year-old shepherd husky, a gentle 5-year-old black lab— & the sweetest 1 year old Corgi, so I understand different energy levels, personalities, and care needs. I’ve raised 2 of them since they were puppies, which gave me hands-on experience with puppy training, routines, and positive reinforcement, as well as providing calm, patient care for more mature dogs. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness always come first, whether that means structured playtime, relaxing cuddle time, or keeping routines consistent to reduce stress. I’m attentive, dependable, and genuinely love building trust with both pets and their owners so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. I am currently a full time stay home dog mama. My entire days revolve around my fur babies since my schedule is completely open. I’ve loved dogs my whole life and I’ve recently moved to the area from Colorado and went from an apartment to a house with a big yard so most of my days are spent outside with the fur babies. I do have a very large fully fenced in backyard and my dogs pretty much come in & out as they please. They have a large water bowl outside that is always filled and I spend time working with them and giving treats throughout the day as well.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
