About: I am a devoted animal lover and have spent my entire life living with and caring for pets. I have experience working at a veterinary clinic and a lot of experience caring for senior dogs. Taking care of animals nurtures me just as much as I nurture them. Friends and family have always trusted me to look after their pets whenever they are away. I provide regular photo and text updates to keep pet owners reassured. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pet to see if we’re a good fit! I'm not working currently and I have a lot of free time! My day is always planned around pet care including dog walks, grooming and training. I love caring for pets and I have all day to spend with yours! I tailor my care to meet the specific needs of each pet individually. My priority is to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I always take special care to consider their specific feeding schedules, any special dietary needs, exercise routines/preferences and behavioral tendencies. About: Throughout my life, I have always had a dog (or multiple dogs) in my household. Caring for animals is my favorite thing, and I have always been the first person of contact of family members and friends to care for their animals when they are away. There is nothing more I love then spending time with animals, whether it be taking them on walks, playing fetch with them, or just hanging around the house. I have volunteered at multiple dog shelters and I love to spend my time getting to know an animal, and I pride myself in building relationships with all of the animals I come across. I have built experience with pets my entire life, and I can assure you I am very well trained in every aspect of caring for an animal. I have been caring for animals since I was a little kid and I can promise that, at the end of my time with your animal, I will have a new best friend, and so will your pet. I am a university student coming back home to Scottsdale at the end of May, and will be in Tucson until then. I am available to care for your pet most days and nights, and I am open to catering to your schedule any way that I can. In my own home, I feed my pet twice a day and take them on at least one walk per day. During my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my pet and giving them the love and attention they deserve. In a client's home, you can be confident that I will spend all of my free time devoted to taking care of this animal and making sure they feel loved and cared for while their owner is gone. Your pet will get many walks, kisses, love, and playtime.

“Amanda is one of the best pet sitters I know. My cat Sage stayed with her while I was gone for an extended period of time and he honestly loved her so much. He was pretty unhappy the first few days when he came back to live with me. She made sure that he got plenty of play time since he was a very energetic kitten. She also kept him on his feeding schedule which was helpful for when I came back. She sent me lot of picture updates and it was clear that he was being well taken care of.
