I’m also attentive to keeping their environment clean and making sure everything is left just as I found it. When you’re away, I want your pets to feel as comfortable and secure as possible in their own home. I understand that leaving your pets with someone new can be stressful, so I do my best to provide reliable communication, regular updates, and lots of reassurance. My goal is for you to feel confident knowing your pets are being cared for, loved, and treated like they’re my own while you’re away. 🐾💕 When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning if needed, playtime, and giving them plenty of attention. I also make sure the home stays neat and send updates so owners know their pets are doing well.

About: I grew up with dogs and have been caring for them since I was young, so being around them feels natural to me. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, bathing, and giving their dogs attention and exercise. I’m reliable, patient, and make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I wanted to become a Conservation Biologist at one point of my life instead I went into Public Health! My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting, and I make sure they get lots of attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. I'm a PhD student and do a lot of work from home. Live close to campus. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment in my pet-friendly apartment, with access to a small yard and nearby Himmel Park for regular walks and exercise. I carefully follow all care instructions, monitor pets closely, and ensure they feel secure and comfortable at all times. I'm a traveler and can't have my own pets but a temporary pet companion is always welcome and adored!

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!

About: We recently lost our beloved dog, and due to frequent travel we are unable to get another for a little while. We would love to take care of your pets as we would our own, so you can rest easy that they will be cared for while you are away. We both have many years of experience caring for pets, and are comfortable with all sizes, old and young. I work from home during the week, and can provide lots of love and outdoor time as needed. We are active people, and are happy to take your pets on hikes and runs if that’s their thing, or we can keep it mellow. If your pet stays with us, we have a fully fenced yard with a shaded porch area that they are welcome to hang out in when it’s cooler outside. We don’t have any other pets on the property, so can give your pets all of our attention.

About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. I also want to note that I am a full time college student, my schedule is below for more information. Just keep scrolling and you will see “schedule” section. Thank you :) I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!

About: I’ve walked dogs for multiple families in my neighborhood as well as taken care of multiple cats while there family was away. I have also house-sat with a special needs dog which required me to spend the night. I am a student at the University of Arizona, but my schedule is pretty light so dog walking/house-sitting will be able to easily fit into my schedule I am currently in a dorm so boarding is not available, but I will happily take dogs on walks or watch the house to take care of any pets.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life as I come from a long line of farriers/blacksmiths. I first started as a dog sitter when I was 15 for my neighbors when they went on vacation for a couple weeks in the summer. Over the years, I have developed training plans for the pets I work with and when meeting with a new dog, I build a unique exercise plan for their age and energy level to ensure they return home satisfied with our time together. I love meeting new families and having the opportunity to assist with pet care so you are able to focus on other aspects of life. I prefer to sleep at home, even for housesitting visits. Most importantly, I listen to the pet owner and their instructions. For walks on our hot days, I bring a portable water bowl and water to help keep your pet cool. I am also familiar with how to help improve simple commands and leash etiquette while going on walks. I have experience with reactive, anxious, and special needs dogs and make sure to spend time building a relationship with those dogs to ensure they know they’re protected.
