I have owned pets all my life! As an aspiring veterinarian, I am always looking for more ways to help out pets. I have a year of experience working at a dog and cat daycare and boarding facility, and have been professionally trained in all areas of pet care. I am very finely tuned to animal behavior after many months spent preventing dog fights or calming anxious pets. I also have over a year of animal volunteer experience between a dog shelter, cat shelter, and ranch. And, I spent a month caring for a medical foster, tending to his medical and physical therapy needs. On top of that, I have spent six years petsitting for all kinds of animals, and have worked with many species of animal, so be it a dog, parakeet, squirrel or horse, I'd love to be your pet's new best friend!

I keep in regular communication with my clients. I follow all instructions closely, ask questions whenever I am unsure about something, and update owners on both the fun moments and when I have concerns. I will work hard to make your pets feel comfortable and safe with me so that you can feel confident in their care while away.

Kara watched our senior cat while we were gone for 6 days. She gave great check ins, sending photos and updates for all the visits. We felt that our cat was well cared for and safe. Thanks Kara!
Kara took the time to come for a ‘meet and greet’ before her actual time sitting, which was greatly appreciated. While she stayed with our dogs she sent several updates, including photos that showed our dogs at their goofiest. They obviously were comfortable and happy with Kara! Highly recommend.

Kara was perfect. Flexible for our crazy schedule. Reports were delivered just in time to quell my anxiety. The Bear looked VERY comfortable with her and her pup. I will definitely work with Kara again when we’re back in Tucson.

I am a college student with a flexible schedule and can visit your pets mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. I can accommodate most schedule needs.
