My cat usually doesn't warm up to new people, so I was surprised when Gavin managed to make her comfortable enough to sit on his lap. This was a big achievement since Olive has never been that relaxed with other sitters or people before! I'll definitely be using their services again. I highly recommend Gavin and Kate—they're fantastic!”
