“Sirrine has been absolutely amazing with our two small dogs, Mateo and Princess! Mateo is usually very shy and tends to avoid new people, but thanks to her patient and gentle approach, he’s finally warmed up and no longer runs from her—which is such a big deal for us. She’s dependable, communicative, and truly cares about our pups. We feel completely at ease knowing they’re in great hands while we’re away. Highly recommended!”

“Tatiana is great! She has watched my dog, fish, and plants several times now, with the most recent being 10 days long, and has been awesome every time! Highly recommend.”

“We had to make a slight schedule change, and James & Victoriya were very accommodating. James administered CC's medication and the photos show her being very playful during visits.”

“Laci was so kind and took great care of our fur baby! I would trust her any day and I’m a helicopter dog mom! She took notes and made me feel comfortable to go out of town knowing he’s in good hands!”

“Evelyn is very sweet and reliable. Our dogs love her and they are happy and healthy when we get home. She is flexible and understanding about our sometimes crazy/necessary changes which we really appreciate! We recommend her 100%!”
“No exaggeration, best dog sitter you can find in the area. It is truly hard to find someone who will care for your pets the way you'd expect them to but Soraya went above and beyond for my dogs. She is punctual, responsible and detailed. My dogs really enjoyed her company by the looks of the pictures I was getting 😍 Would recommend her to anyone who needs their pets to have an amazing sitter!”

“Absolutely amazing! My dog loved her and i know cat did too. She made sure they were comfortable and played with them as well as give me updates on how they were doing. I definitely recommend her and i’d book her again!”

“Madyson was so great checking in on my pup while I was out of town on business and my husband was at work. She was prompt and always took photos and let me know how Finley did. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone!”

“Lauren was amazing with our pups, even with the ones that typically take a while to warm up to people. She had great communication and thorough notes and pictures of her time with them. Definitely recommend her!”

“We have been so lucky to have found Kyndal to watch our Dog while we have to go out of town. He gets super sad but when he sees Kyndal walk through that door he spirits pick right up. He is in such great care every time.”

About: I grew up with animals and riding horses. While in high school I would pet sit for my neighbors, and really enjoyed doing that. I have fostered kittens and I’m very familiar with taking care of cats as I have two of my own. Growing up with dogs ranging from 95 pounds to 11 pounds gives me a wide range of experience. I was an equestrian rider and would spend most of my time at the barn around a variety of animals. I’m looking to growing my career in animal sitting and animal care, and would love the opportunity to take care of your fur baby. I currently have a part time job aside from pet sitting fur babies. My hours are flexible, seven days a week as my schedule permits. I’m able to play with, give attention, scoop litter, feed and give treats, and I am also able to walk dogs if needed. While visiting your fur baby, their health and well being is my top priority. While tending to them I will also be observing for anything that seems out of the ordinary. I will give a brief summary after each visit with pictures.
“We recently went on a cruise and needed someone to come over twice a day and play with and feed Ranger, our German Shepard, so we found and hired Kendyll through the Rover app. Kendyll was great! She always showed up within the appointment time frame and kept us well informed about the 30 minute drop in visits along with pictures of Ranger. Highly recommend!”

“Danielle was amazing! She was very communicative and very sweet with Ivy. My dog is blind and crazy, and she took great care of her! I would highly recommend her and will be asking her to take care of Ivy in the future!”

About: I grew up always having dogs in my home. I have also fostered dogs and I currently volunteer in the Animal Care department at the Dumb Friends League. I have two pups, Ruby (mini aussie) and Harvey (lab mix). I know how hard it is to find a good dog sitter, which is why I wanted to start dog sitting myself. I’m overprotective when it comes to my two pups, so you really have nothing to worry about when they stay with me. At my home, I keep everything tidy and am able to accommodate any schedule they might be on. Your dog will get plenty of exercise in our backyard or on walks (if you’re comfortable). I would love to take care of your fur baby! Please let me know if there are any special instructions you’d like and I’d be happy to accommodate. I make my own schedule for work, so I can easily come home for a quick potty break, or for whatever your dogs needs are! I have a fenced yard that’s completely secure, and I always stay outside when the pups are outside. I will never leave your dog outside unattended!

About: I’m a 53yr old homemaker, with 3 grown children. I have never not had animals in my life and truly feel my life is fuller for it. We currently have 2 cats. Over the years, we have been blessed with 4 sweet dogs ranging from a 95 pound Great Dane/lab mix to an 11lb Chihuahua. I’m very comfortable around all sizes of dogs. I would describe myself as a cat person, as they bring me peace. I recently TNR’d a few neighborhood cats one of which was pregnant and gave birth to 8 beautiful kittens. I raised the kittens worked with a local rescue group to find them loving fur-ever homes. I’ve also fostered cats and continue to care for the feral cats that were TNR’d. We’ve also owned a horse, hamsters, birds and fish. I would love the opportunity to take care of your fur-baby! PLEASE NOTE: For insurance reasons I do not sit Pit Bulls. I’m a homemaker with lots of time on my hands and lots of love to give to your fur family. My week is open and flexible. I’m able to play with, feed, scoop litter and give lots of love to your fur family◡̈ I’m very active and can take dogs on a walk if needed.

Gladys is FIVE STAR! Our cats Zach and Sunny come out to see her, receive brushings-and Gladys figured out what Zach enjoyed with a different brush that I never have! Pets are in the best care with Gladys-and you’ll see that with her pictures and comments that tell stories!

Tatiana took great care of our cats. She was prompt with the scheduled visits and checking in after the visit with pictures of our kitties. She was very friendly and personable during our meet and greet. This was the first time I left Pip with a sitter and because of the excellent communication from Tatiana, responding quickly to my text messages, I did not worry about my kitties.
Danielle is going to be our new cat sitter from now on any time we go out of town! She is amazing! Simba is old and doesn’t like new people, but she was able to give him his pill every day! He made a new friend! He even let her pet him, and he usually doesn’t like women. She is the cat whisperer!

She was AMAZING with our dog and cat on such short notice!! She Sent pictures and even videos of our fur babies and communicated with me AMAZINGLY!! She even brought our mail inside one day for us! I would definitely recommend Stacy to watch your fur babies and we will for sure be using her again!😊

Karissa has been the best of all pet sitters I had. She shows care for the pets, she will ask questions, because she wants to do things right, that means a lot, someone who cares will ask, because she's concerned that everything goes well. Often times she will stay more than the required time and one time she even returned because Karissa was concerned about the health of one of the kitties. If you ask me if I would be using Karissa again, the answer is YES! She is amazing.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Atascocita. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
