Thanh did an amazing job! Her communication was great from start to finish, and she was extremely punctual. She made sure my dog was let out on time, treated him with so much kindness, and made sure he had everything he needed while I was away. I also really appreciated how clean and neat she was. She even cleaned around his dog room and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Our boy was well cared for during our weeklong absence, and Mac seemed at ease with her early on. Mac is an 11 year old that takes time acclimating to new people coming into the house, so Dominique's handling of everything during the week was outstanding.
