““Tatiana is amazing! Our puppies absolutely love her, and so do we. She is caring, reliable, attentive, and clearly loves animals. We always feel at ease knowing our puppies are with her because she treats them like her own. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust completely. Highly recommend!””

“Dominique was wonderful with our pups. She was timely. She communicated daily. She adjusted our schedule as needed. And most importantly our dogs were happy with a walk and some attention everyday that we were gone. Thank you so much!”

“Madeline was prompt and courteous. She is also a great photographer. I kept all the pictures she took of my dog. We communicated by leaving notes for each other, and she was very kind when tending to my pet. I would recommend her to anyone on the Rover app and I will also book her, in the future, the next time I’m out of town.”

“My original dog sitting plans fell through, so I hopped on this app with the hopes of finding someone on short notice. I am so thankful Giselle responded to me! She was kind, easy to communicate with, and followed all of my instructions. I came home to a very happy pup!”

I graduated from Penn foster last year to become a Veterinary Technician and I’m taking my VTNE to become a licensed veterinary technician in October and have over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats in both hospital and clinical settings. I specialize in providing safe, compassionate, and attentive care for pets of all ages, including puppies, seniors, and pets who need extra patience or medical awareness. My background includes assisting with procedures, monitoring recovery, supporting medication routines, and recognizing early signs of stress or illness. Because of my experience, I’m especially confident caring for: • Senior pets • Pets with anxiety or special needs • Pets requiring medications or close observation • Multi-pet households I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. I focus on keeping your pet’s routine consistent, providing lots of attention and comfort, and keeping you updated with photos and messages so you always feel at ease. My goal is simple — to provide reliable, professional care so your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. What sets me apart, yes I can give medications but I don’t know how to give insulin to diabetic patients. ✔ 8 years veterinary experience ✔ Comfortable with medications & special care ✔ Experienced with senior and anxious pets ✔ Strong attention to safety and behavior changes ✔ Reliable communication with daily updates ✔ Calm, patient, and dependable I’m available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm for dog sitting, dog walking, or house sitting and if have cats I can take care of them as well. About: Hi, my name is Stacy and I live with my husband and two adult children in the Atascocita area. We have an 11 year old terrier mix and a 1 year old chihuahua/lab mix. We lost our 17 year old terrier at the beginning of this year who had heart issues, so I’m very familiar with giving liquid and tablet forms of medication. My whole family loves dogs, and we enjoying taking walks and spending time playing with them! Our dogs are truly like our babies so we know how much your fur babies mean to you! I do not work outside the house, so I am always at home and will be able to take care of your pet and all of its needs. We are pretty laid back people so you don’t have to worry about your pet sitting on the furniture or jumping on the bed. Of course, we care about how you normally take care of your pet in your own home, and listen to and will accommodate you and your pets needs. I will send plenty of pics and updates to owners to assure you that we will make your pet as comfortable as can be. I do have a decently big bag yard and it does have an in ground pool in it. I do let the dogs out frequently and usually am out there with them.
“5 stars doesn't cut it! Ashlyn was great with our boys, who can be a handful, and was very accommodating to meet with me and introduce herself to them. She was very sweet, on time, and thorough taking care of the boys. She even checked in a couple days later to see how they were doing. SO thoughtful! We will be booking Ashlyn again in a couple weeks when we're out of town!”

“Amina has been a saving grace by helping us care for our foster dog when we have to be away for long periods of time. She gives him great care and sends us great pictures.”

About: We are a new family of three and are preparing to add a wired hair fox terrier in the near future. We had a family dog when I was young but he sadly passed away due to old age. My husband and son love dogs and all animals. His previous pair of dogs was sadly stolen from him and he hasn’t been ready to get another pet. That recently changed when our son started showing extreme interest in dogs and other animals. We want to test the waters with dog boarding and walking to see before committing. For us, a pet is forever. I work from home and my work is flexible. I can accommodate changes in schedule. My office is in the galleria area and my house is in humble. I can do dog walks in the galleria area as well. I have a fenced backyard and empty rooms to house the dogs if they need to have their own space. We live in a very friendly neighborhood and parks nearby.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
