About: I’ve had pets around my home since I was five years old and my family adopted my cats Rex and Sally, a bonded brother/sister pair. From that young age I was always expected and taught to help with the pets’ care, even the less glamorous parts. Later in my life we adopted my dog, Bella, who I diligently made sure got her daily walks, play, and food. While Rex and Sally have unfortunately passed (Sally in 2018 and Rex in 2025 at the age of 21), I currently still have two lovely kitties, both of which have very different personalities (one is very affectionate and the other is skittish), and I always ensure to accommodate the both of them and their unique needs for their boundaries. I work part time and am also a student, so my main availability is mornings and late afternoons/evenings. Though, my schedule often works out that I have plenty of hours to take care of furry friends! At my house I have plenty of toys and stimulation set up for my two cats, and it’s the same when I’m visiting my dog (she currently lives out of state with my dad). I always make sure to learn a pet’s individual personality and cater how I care for them to it! About: I took care of my black lab for 8 years, including feeding, giving medications, bathing and walking. I raised my cat from 6 weeks forward, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, giving attention to/playing with, and giving any medicines needed. I currently have a 4 and 5 year old cat. I also regularly volunteered at the cat Cafe in Murfreesboro, TN before I relocated to the area. There I was responsible for playing with the cats, feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. My name is Carmen and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and if you are familiar with people from LA, you know we LOVE ALL animals. I grew up with a big family who loves animals and since I can remember we’ve always had pets at home. Back in LA we have 4 dogs, 1 turtle and now added to that 5 love birds! Anyways, I no longer live there and moved to the east coast with my partner about 2 years ago. Our new home now houses just 2 cats. One of them is a tabby cat who is 6 years old named Blinchik. He is a very outgoing cat that loves everyone and everything. My other cat is named Nala (Siamese/Tabby) and she is quite the opposite from Blinny boy. She loves to keep to herself and takes a while to trust anyone but once she is warmed up you can see her beautiful shy personality. I used to be a nanny which also meant I took care of their pets as well. I have lots experience taking care of other families pets as well as administering medications when needed. Since I’ve been a dog and cat mom, I treat other families pets like they are my own. I’m currently in grad school to become a Speech-Language Pathologist which gives me a lot of extra time to take care of your fur babies 🩷 I’m currently in my graduate program to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Pets in the Home
I have an intact male Cocker Spaniel and a Maine Coon cat living in my home.
For this reason, I do not accept unspayed females. 2. Number of Pets
I accept pets from ONE family at a time — maximum two dogs.
I do not host pets from multiple families at the same time so I can give my full attention to your pet. 3. Required Documentation
Before confirming your booking, I require proof from a licensed veterinarian of: * Rabies vaccination * DHPP vaccination * Date of the most recent deworming treatment 4. Dog Size and Breeds
I accept small and medium-sized dogs of all breeds. Dogs over 40 pounds are accepted ONLY if they are f they are friendly with other dogs and cats. 5. Walks and Daily Routine.
I only work 16–20 hours per week, so I am able to easily provide three 30-minute walks per day: * 7:30–8:00 AM * 1:30–2:00 PM * 7:30–8:00 PM This schedule allows me to give your pet plenty of attention and keep them under close supervision throughout the day. If you are boarding a puppy, I can adjust my schedule to provide walks every 2 hours (until 10:00 PM). Longer walks can be arranged separately.
There is a 4-mile trail near my home where we enjoy walking during the spring and fall. 6. Medications
I can administer oral medications if prescribed by a veterinarian.
I do not administer injections. 7. My home is always clean, odor-free, and smoke-free — I believe this is essential for your pet’s health and well-being. 8. I also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are in caring hands. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to care for your pup or kitty, providing love, attention, and companionship from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 🐾 As an experienced animal carer who truly considers pets family, I’m great with cats and small- to medium-sized dogs. I’m also a responsible pet sitter who will always be reachable and happy to send plenty of pictures of your furry ones.

I make it a priority to have the safest area for your pets and have trust with the owners that your pets are in great care while you are gone or need help!
