I currently work full-time Monday through Thursday from 4 PM–12 AM, so on those days I’m available for morning and noon visits, walks, drop-ins, feedings, potty breaks, and quality playtime before heading to work. Friday through Sunday, I have open availability and can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and nighttime care as needed. I always try to be flexible and communicate clearly with pet parents so I can provide the best care possible for each dog’s routine and individual needs. With my years of hands-on experience working with dogs in boarding facilities, shelters, fostering, and animal hospitals, I understand how important reliability, patience, and personalized care are for both pets and owners. About: My name is Ashley and I believe that every dog deserves love and attention. I've ALWAYS had a love for dogs. Growing up I had a Shih-Tzu for 17 years. About: My love of dogs began when my mom got a puppy when I was in sixth grade. Now I am a dog mom. I've been the proud mom of a Boston Terrier/Frenchie mix for the past 4 years. I've raised her since she was 3 months old, through potty training, puppy training and intermediate training. I'd love to care for your fur baby too. I'm at home during the day and available to drop in/ walk your fur baby. I am available in the mornings and in the afternoon. I have an unfenced end unit townhouse. There is grass on the side of my house and plenty of unfenced grass in my townhome community. I work from home almost every day of the week so I will have time to take care of your baby during the weekday. I'm able to get out and walk dogs on the weekends. I have an unfenced yard and a fenced play area in front of my house. I have a friendly fur baby who likes to play and thinks she's the leader of the pack.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life! I adopted my first dog, Beth, in 2015 when she was just 14 weeks old! Through her, I learned what it means to make sacrifices for others while also loving the process! She was very easy to train on my own, but sometimes her intelligence causes her to be mischievous! During the pandemic, I adopted my second dog, Buz at 8 months old. Unfortunately, he was a stray and came with severe resource guarding leading to numerous fights with Beth. Because of this, I put him in multiple rounds of training and learned for myself what it means to support dogs through and watch for triggers dealing with aggression. Because of them both, I am very watchful of dog behaviors and am not afraid of big barks! If I could, I’d have many more dogs! I am a teacher in SE DC, so during the school year, my availability is primarily evenings and weekends. During the summer, my availability is very open! I am very attentive and respectful of others homes, dogs, and instructions. Knowing that my own dogs take a minute to warm up to someone knew, I will be sure to follow specific routines or guidance given! Your home will remain as it was when I enter!

About: I have been an animal lover as long as I’ve been alive. For 15 years I have been responsible for caring for a variety of animals but mainly Dogs and Cats. I have experience taking care of animals with a variety of medical issues. I understand the importance of consistency when it comes to caring for a pet in general but especially when they have health concerns. Comfortable around all breeds and sizes. Knowledgeable in leash training, potty training, and crate training. Just like people all animals have their own unique personality. Excited to care for your best friend like they were my own! I do occasionally work on the weekends so there could be 7-8 hour periods between me being with your pet. Would let you know my work schedule if that overlap with care. If no fenced in yard at residence will keep dog on a leash at all times outside the home. I am respectful of peoples homes since that is your safe space. My yard is fenced at my residence so if you wanted your pet to stay with me they would need to be comfortable around 2 fosters cats and children.
