The first time I left Mel with Jessica, I mentioned that I didn't want my dog to develop a habit of getting on the bed or couch. Despite this, instead of leaving Mel in the living room, Jessica spent the whole night with him in there because Mel was nervous about spending the night by himself in a stranger's place. I might not even do that for my own dog. Leaving my dog with Jessica not only assures me that Mel will be loved and taken care of, but also guarantees that he'll have a great time at her place.”

We had a senior dog who needed extra love and care, and he was able to distribute her medicines and appropriate food levels based on our instructions flawlessly. He also ensured that our other two pets, a younger dog and a cat, were entertained and loved while we were gone. He was grateful for our instructions, and read them carefully upon his arrival. Alphonso was very communicative and reached out with any questions he had. There were no issues when he stayed at our home, and we would undoubtedly have Alphonso house sit and pet sit again.”
