“Dina is wonderful! She took excellent care of my two dogs while I was traveling. I came home to happy pups and house that I think is cleaner than I left it! One of my dogs, Zelda, warms up to new people on her own schedule - Dina was patient with her and earned her trust. And I received regular updates and photos letting me know the dynamic duo were doing just fine while I was gone. Dina also had to deal w/ an unexpected power outage and tree work being done on my neighbor's property. She took this all in stride. I deeply appreciate Dina's communication, professionalism, and level of care. I highly recommend hiring her to care for your furry family members and look forward to having her care for my dogs in the future - hopefully without the random things that happened this time. Given the lack of communication, Tiali continued to check in on our girls to ensure that they were being cared for, even after our booked stay. Robin understands animals at a very fundamental level. They take the time to ascertain who the cat or dog "is," and meets them there. Robin is patient, and seems to operate on the cat or dog's individual wavelength. It's a skill and a connection with animals I've rarely, if ever, witnessed in another human being. The result is cats and dogs which are relaxed, comfortable, understood, and really well taken care of. I unequivocally recommend Robin as a pet caregiver.
