“Tiali was a dream! We were supposed to be gone for one week but were unable to return home as planned and had no way to communicate to Tiali of our change of plans. Given the lack of communication, Tiali continued to check in on our girls to ensure that they were being cared for, even after our booked stay. When we finally did return home, we found everything and everyone in perfect order. We will definitely be hiring Tiali again.”

Robin understands animals at a very fundamental level. They take the time to ascertain who the cat or dog "is," and meets them there. Robin is patient, and seems to operate on the cat or dog's individual wavelength. It's a skill and a connection with animals I've rarely, if ever, witnessed in another human being. The result is cats and dogs which are relaxed, comfortable, understood, and really well taken care of. I unequivocally recommend Robin as a pet caregiver.
