Pet care experience
I have grown up caring for (and training) my pet dogs. I am familiar with all ranges of dog breeds-my personal pets being high-energy working dogs. Friends, neighbors, and family members have relied on me to pet sit (dogs + cats) and dog walk since I was in middle school-over 8 years ago! I am now pursuing my DVM and have over 3 years of experience working in Veterinary clinics and hospitals.

Sarah was great with our dog, Buddy, and our cat, George. It was such a help to be able to meet Sarah and have her stay overnight at our house with relatively short notice. Buddy loved Sarah right away when we met :) Great communication throughout, and highly recommend!
Sarah was excellent to work with -- communicative, friendly, and great with our girls. They are each 40lbs of energy and not the easiest to control sometimes -- but she worked with them to earn their trust and be their walk leader. Additionally, even though most of the walks were scheduled during a heat wave, zero complaints from Sarah, and she smartly knew to make the sure dogs didn't get overheated by limiting the distance and making sure they had water. Highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a conscientious person to take care of their pets!
Sarah is an absolute delight — gentle, flexible, and kind! We had an introductory visit a couple weeks ago, and my senior pup Jack Cousteau immediately fell in love with her. Jack’s had some health changes and his care needs are changing too — so there have been some tender adjustments to ensure optimal health and comfort. Studying veterinary medicine makes Sarah a perfect match for my sweet fella. She spent time with him this evening and sent updates throughout their time together, including sweet footage of introducing Jack to her dog at her home (living just across the street from us makes field trips like this a breeze!) I’m looking forward to Jack and Sarah bonding more and establishing care with a familiar human. I can’t recommend her more!
Sarah was so sweet. She was great at sending photos and updates during her visits, which is always appreciated. She was thorough and did an amazing job. I will definitely use her again and recommend to anyone I know looking for pet care!
