“Sydney showed up at 8am before we left for our day to Disneyland. We acquainted her with our two dogs and they took to her right away.. Sydney really has a way with dogs. They both loved her so much, immediately. Our dog situation isn’t easy. We have a four year-old American bully and a one year-old very energetic pitbull who’s so much fun however, for the time being we’re keeping both dogs separate and Sydney kept both of our dogs, safe & clean, and even though Henny had an accident, Sydney cleaned up everything & was even able to feed her and get her back in her crate safe safely. Our family is so grateful to Sydney for taking such incredible care of our family dogs! Thank you!”

About: I have owned dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes since I was born. Now, I have worked as a vet assistant for 6 years in both general practice and oncology. I have helped with emergencies for all kinds of breeds and done overnight care several times. I also work and volunteer at shelters consistently so I know how to deal with animal stress. I have never met an animal I didn't love no matter its personality and demeanor so I know they are in good hands. I am a college student but have gaps in my day to go back to my apartment and take them out. I would never leave a pet at home for more than 2 hours and live with just my fiance and I also well equipped in pet care, but I will be doing the caregiving. I love every furry friend and it would be a joy rather than a chore to help care for each pet. I am well versed in medication administration, feeding, playtime, small training activities, and more. Depending on the breed or species, I would ensure I am thorough with each pets need and go from there whether thats exercise and play or just chilling on the couch.

About: I have had animals in my household since I was a baby. I got my first dog in 3rd grade and have cared for her until I left for college. I have cared for my families and neighbors dogs and cats while they are away at vacation. I have just graduated with my bachelors in Animal Science at the University of California in Davis. I have cared for newborn puppies and practiced physical exams on many animals. I have the ability to bathe, feed, walk, train, and trim dog’s nails. I’ve worked at 2 animal hospitals one in Davis and here in Palm Springs! I am a full time vet assistant at PSAH however with my time gaps I’d be more than available to take your dog outside to use the restroom and make sure to feed them. I would be happy to keep them company while I do my studies. I have a fenced and large backyard so that your fur babies have plenty of space to run safely. If there is a crate provided in the clients home I will use it as necessary and make sure there are no open doors for them to run out.

About: I’m a pet owner myself, so I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I’m patient and really pay attention to each pet’s personality and routine. Whether they’re super playful, shy, cuddly, or prefer their own space, I’ll let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, litter box cleaning, and lots of cuddles if they want them! I’ll also send plenty of photos and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m available anytime and any day during the summer. I have a flexible schedule, so I can spend plenty of time caring for your pets. For morning visits, please let me know in advance! Pet’s safety and emotions are my top priority. In a client’s home, I will follow the pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I clean up after them, make sure they have fresh water, and provide plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of the home space and always leave it as I found it. If pets are staying with me, they’ll have a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can relax, play, and feel comfortable.

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages and personalities. Through long-term ownership, I’ve learned how to read dog body language, understand daily routines, and respond calmly to different situations. I have a fixed class schedule during the day, but I am available outside of class hours for pet care services. He had a strict walking and feeding schedule that I followed closely to keep him comfortable and healthy. I made sure he received plenty of love, attention, and care throughout the day, adjusting to his pace and needs. About: I have cared for a wide range of animals since my childhood on a small family farm. I have bottle fed kittens to goats, trained puppies to ducks, and cared for little piglets to senior dogs. I also have some experience with medical procedures with dogs and cats, to farm animals. Experience with cats with diabetes, pets with blindness, deafness, and immobility. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and good care and enrichment is always my top priority! I like to check on my animals and animals I’m caring for a minimum of 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. With cats I like to spend time playing, setting up enrichment activities, and learning how they are most comfortable. With dogs I like to do a minimum of 3 walks a day followed by some of their favorite activities. I believe pets should be checked on morning, afternoon and evening at minimum. I like to follow the routine of the pets parents to a T so as to not disturb the pets while their families are gone. I think having a routine is important for a pet especially when their people/family are gone.

About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my whole life. I make sure to respect the needs of each animal that I am around and only interact with them in ways that they’re comfortable with. I also have experience training dogs and would love to help with that if you’d like. I work from home most days so I have very flexible hours! :) I am a Neuroscience PhD student and can do pretty much all of my work remotely. I am very flexible with hours and will be able to give your pet as much attention as they need ! I can help however you need- I’d be happy to stay overnight if your pet needs it, though I can’t stay 24/7 since I have my own cat to take care of at home. I can take dogs on walks and give them lots of attention and play time. Or if your pet is more reclusive I can just provide some company as we exist in the same room. I’m super flexible!

About: I’ve taken care of my fur baby husky, Shiloh (chaidow as his nickname) for 7+ years but now I am in college I miss my furry friend! I have primarily worked with medium to large dogs however I am capable of taking care of smaller breeds. I also am able to provide services to animals of all ages and can administer oral medication if needed. ☺️ I am currently a first year college student and while it might seem like a busy time of the year, I am actually available from Monday-Friday evenings for daily drop ins, dog walking, or potty breaks and Friday-Sunday for any house sitting events to suffice your daycare needs! If you have a specific time slot you are looking for feel free to reach out and I can try to accommodate as best I can. When it comes to taking care of your furry friend, I make sure to check in with the owner if there are any specific safety precautions before taking any action of my own. I unfortunately cannot do daycare in my living space because I live in an apartment but I am willing to work inside the homes of the owner :)

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and I have genuine love for animals. I must admit I have a favorite though, Great Danes have my heart. I promise your pets will be in gentle and capable hands. I am currently at home for the summer after finishing my freshman year at University. I wanted a flexible way to earn money and keep busy with furry friends.
