About: I am a owner of two maltese dogs and understand the hard work and care necessary for keeping a pet. I am a trusted and involved pet sitter in my family/friend circle. About: Hi! My name is Tenaya! I grew up around animals and now I have a cat named Gnocchi. I worked as a veterinary assistant for three years, so I'm comfortable with animals of all ages and I'm capable of administering medications. I can also take care of aggressive or anxious dogs, and I’m happy to help reinforce good behavior for pets in training. I also have experience taking care of a range of exotic animals from working at an animal sanctuary. As someone who works from home, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I can usually adjust my work hours to make time for your pet and their needs. I can also generally accept same-day bookings, especially for drop in visits or walks. About: I absolutely love all pets! I spent this past summer volunteering as a dog socializer and walker at Pets Lifeline Animal Shelter. I am comfortable around all dogs, all energy levels, I understand their body language, and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. About: I’ve owned a menagerie of pets since I was 12 years old. I’ve owned cats, dogs, rodents, birds, you name it! As an aspiring veterinarian who had an amazing internship last summer and someone who has owned many senior animals, I am able to accommodate special medical needs as long as you leave me clear instructions on how to care for your fur baby. I am currently a full-time student and part-time veterinary assistant, but I do not have any other commitments outside of that! Depending on my daily academic schedule, I can typically fit in brief visits in the early morning, and longer visits in the evening during weekdays. I’m available on weekends almost any time! I will follow any instructions left to me to a T. If there is something I’m unsure about, I will be sure to ask clients before taking any drastic actions (unless it is truly an emergency).

About: I’m a pet owner myself, so I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I’m patient and really pay attention to each pet’s personality and routine. Whether they’re super playful, shy, cuddly, or prefer their own space, I’ll let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, litter box cleaning, and lots of cuddles if they want them! I’ll also send plenty of photos and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m available anytime and any day during the summer. I have a flexible schedule, so I can spend plenty of time caring for your pets. For morning visits, please let me know in advance! Pet’s safety and emotions are my top priority. In a client’s home, I will follow the pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I clean up after them, make sure they have fresh water, and provide plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of the home space and always leave it as I found it. If pets are staying with me, they’ll have a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can relax, play, and feel comfortable.

About: I have had animals in my household since I was a baby. I got my first dog in 3rd grade and have cared for her until I left for college. I have cared for my families and neighbors dogs and cats while they are away at vacation. I have just graduated with my bachelors in Animal Science at the University of California in Davis. I have cared for newborn puppies and practiced physical exams on many animals. I have the ability to bathe, feed, walk, train, and trim dog’s nails. I’ve worked at 2 animal hospitals one in Davis and here in Palm Springs! I am a full time vet assistant at PSAH however with my time gaps I’d be more than available to take your dog outside to use the restroom and make sure to feed them. I would be happy to keep them company while I do my studies. I have a fenced and large backyard so that your fur babies have plenty of space to run safely. If there is a crate provided in the clients home I will use it as necessary and make sure there are no open doors for them to run out.

About: I love animals very much and as a result, have much experience with them. I had a dog for 10 years that I fully trained from the age of 8 weeks, so I am very comfortable with puppies. Additionally, I have dog-sat senior dogs many times, for multiple days. I am a student at UC Davis currently, with class only a couple of times per day. I have a car as well so I am easily able to visit your pet multiple times throughout the day. I have no classes on Fridays or the weekends so I am usually fully free on those days. How you and your dog's usual schedule is, is what I will try my best to replicate for your pup. For example, if the dog needs to be fed or let out at a certain time, I will make sure it happens.

About: **I don't charge for additional pets!! I’ve always been an animal enthusiast growing up in the country I did whatever I could to be around animals constantly. In our home we had four dogs, two hamsters, a corn snake, a half-blind horse, countless hermit crabs, and a parakeet. There is truly no animal I don't love and won't do my best to care for. Growing up with these animals I've had the privilege to be there when they were puppies/kittens/babies all the way through the end of their life, so I have extensive experience with care in every life stage. I've carried that love and passion with me into adulthood. As an adult I've worked for a year as a kennel technician at a humane society enriching, socializing, training, and advocating for dogs, cats, and small animals. I also regularly volunteer time at humane societies when I can and regularly foster cats, to date I've successfully fostered over 10 cats who are now all in happy homes. Through fostering I've experienced some harder care cases. Including fostering 3 week old sick kittens requiring syringe feedings, multiple medications, and detailed weight tracking. I've also had the privilege of fostering a hospice case who required food, liquid, and medication administration through an e-tube along with extensive monitoring. No matter what kind of care your pet needs I will do my best to ensure they receive the love, respect, and attention they deserve. I look forward to helping you and your furry (and maybe scaly) family members! I'm avaliable for drop-ins, boarding, and walking M-F after 2:30 PM! I can also do breakfast drop-ins during the week between 5:00-5:30 AM, or earlier if need be. I'm open and available most weekends for all pet care, I keep my schedule updated 3 months out! About: My name is Bella, and I'm a UC Davis student with a genuine passion for caring for both animals and plants. I like to keep a written checklist for every visit so I wont miss an important task! Once their basic needs are taken care of, I love spending time with them by playing, brushing, petting, or going on walks (only with owner approval and at appropriate temperatures!). Before heading out, I like to snap a cute photo and give updates so you (the owner) can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind.
