About: I have taken care of two cats since 2023, and have lived with two dogs in my family home since 2020. I absolutely love dogs and cats, and am willing to care for your pets with the same attention that I give my own animals! Growing up with different pets from fish, crabs, parakeets and hamsters is where my love for animals comes from and am excited to express that love in a way that is helpful to the community around me! I've lived in Davis for the past 5 years and as a former Unitrans employee, this opportunity seems like the best way for me to continue giving my efforts back to the city of Davis and its people! My schedule is very flexible currently and am able to help your pet throughout the day if need be! I am mobile and am able to make multiple visits to your animal in a single day, as well as take them on multiple trips and/or walks if need be. I prefer to take care of your animals in the space that they are comfortable in, and will be respectful of your home and property for the time I am in your space. I am able to play with, take on walks, feed, and take care of any other tasks your pet may need!

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for many types of dogs, and it has always been more of a passion than a job. I will always care for and love your dog like one of my own! I currently work part-time and am available daily in the afternoons (after about 1 PM) for check-ins, walks, feedings, and more. My schedule is flexible in the early mornings, evenings, and on weekends. I am very detail-oriented and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. I make sure they are well cared for and receive plenty of love and attention. I approach every dog with a calm demeanor, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for them so they can feel safe, relaxed, and at ease in my care.

About: I've had multiple dogs all my life (all shelter rescues of all sizes and temperaments) and cared for them up into their senior years. From unique feeding routines to walks/runs in the early morning, to fetch, tug-of-war, midday potty breaks, and cuddles, I've done it all! I've also raised and fostered several litters of rescue kittens to be adopted, from bottlefeeding to litterbox training and handling practice. I am well learned in cleaning litterboxes, prepping midday snacks, and providing love and attention for kitties of all ages. I provide runs and walks for various dogs several days a week and house-sit on occasion during the summer. I also drop in to play with, feed, or entertain dogs whose families are away for long periods of time during the day. Because each pet is unique, I ensure clear communication of expectations from the pet's family prior to any walking or sitting. I always carefully monitor pets for signs of stress, discomfort, or injury and am prepared to take action in the event of emergencies. I maintain regular communication with pet families when they're out of town (send pictures and updates of their pets) and organize my weekly walking schedule frequently to ensure convenience for both me and the client. As someone with pets and a love for animals, I hold myself to a high standard to make sure every animal is comfortable and thriving with any walk, run, or visit.

About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. During the times I need to work outside of the home, my 19 year old daughter (who has been doing Rover with me since she was 11) will give the best care in my place. I have a thriving Airbnb business in my home for over a decade, so I have a ton of experience and mindset on home-care: I treat other folks' pets and homes as well as I treat my own. I make it point to keep my clients connected via photos and updates. If I am providing boarding in my home, our 4 year old German Shepherd will love to play with your pup. If I am providing sitting in your home, then my pup will stay home unless requested for a playmate in your home.

About: I have two dogs who I got when they were puppies and had experience taking care of them for three years. I also have a kitten which gives me a lot of experience potty training them as well as making sure all their needs are being taken care of. I am currently working part time and is a part time student here at Davis. My schedule is usually super flexible so when needed I am able to always make time for you and your pets. I have a really good home for indoor kittens as I already have litter boxes, beds and more for them. But for dogs, my home isn’t necessarily the best as they won’t be able to get a nice backyard to play around in. For my clients home, I will make sure to clean up after myself and make sure I am doing the duties I was asked to do while being a good guest and making sure that everything is taken care of.

About: I grew up with dogs and would oftentimes feed and walk them. I also helped my friends take care of their pets and pet sat for them as well. I am free anytime Fridays-Sundays and can stop by in the mornings and afternoons before, after, and in between classes. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher but I can still make them work. I like to spend as much time with them as I can, either sitting with them, playing with them, going out for walks, and feeding them at times instructed by the owners. I also often like to do chores such as sweeping/vacuuming and tidying up spaces in the house.

About: I’ve taken care of dog for with more than 5 years. I personally have two dogs in the house which are 10 lbs and 30 lbs, both are low to medium energy. I’ve successfully trained 3 puppies in the past 5 years and also fostered senior dogs before for a rescue. For safety reasons, all the dogs will be separated when I’m out, and basic training can be provided if owner requests. Walks twice a day, no dog park trips unless owner requests for safety precautions. No human aggression is allowed, any growling/nipping/snapping for no reasons is not acceptable. If your dog is being too stressed among other dogs, I have separate room to place him/her, and he/she will get quality along time with human every day. Pictures and videos will be send out about 5-10 times/day. I’m a recent graduate at UC Davis, and currently WFH all day. I will walk dogs twice a day and give them bathroom break at least 4-5 times every day. I have a fenced yard in the house. All the dogs will be separated when I’m not at home for safety purposes. Anyone being too stressed will have a separate room for resting.

About: What really sets me apart is how much I truly care. I have two dogs of my own, a Pitbull/Great Dane mix and a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I know how much love, patience, and energy pets need. I also help care for my grandma, who has dementia, which has taught me to be extra gentle, attentive, and understanding.
