They both loved her so much, immediately. Our dog situation isn’t easy. We have a four year-old American bully and a one year-old very energetic pitbull who’s so much fun however, for the time being we’re keeping both dogs separate and Sydney kept both of our dogs, safe & clean, and even though Henny had an accident, Sydney cleaned up everything & was even able to feed her and get her back in her crate safe safely. About: My entire life, my family has had at least two dogs, so I'm very well versed and familiar with the care and attention that a variety of different dog breeds need to get. In addition, I have two kittens of my own, who are extremely well cared for. Animals are my passion in life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I can guarantee your fur babies will get all of the love, attention, and care in the world while I'm watching them. I'm a student and work part-time, so I'm busy but have a schedule that easily allows me to check in on your pets as-needed! I can check in frequently, spend hours with your pets, and sleep over if preferred. How I care for your pets depends on your personal instructions, boundaries, and expectations, and the specific needs of your pet, if applicable. I always closely follow all instructions and requests that I receive, so that I can best make your pet(s) comfortable and within their usual routines, and to best respect your home.

About: I absolutely love all pets! I spent this past summer volunteering as a dog socializer and walker at Pets Lifeline Animal Shelter. I am comfortable around all dogs, all energy levels, I understand their body language, and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. I will dedicate my time to loving them and prioritizing your routine. I also have a pup of my own, a pug, who loves to get out of the house and is always curious! As a UC Davis student, I plan my schedule carefully to make time for pet care throughout the week. About: I have owned dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes since I was born. Now, I have worked as a vet assistant for 6 years in both general practice and oncology. I have helped with emergencies for all kinds of breeds and done overnight care several times. I also work and volunteer at shelters consistently so I know how to deal with animal stress. I have never met an animal I didn't love no matter its personality and demeanor so I know they are in good hands. I am a college student but have gaps in my day to go back to my apartment and take them out. I would never leave a pet at home for more than 2 hours and live with just my fiance and I also well equipped in pet care, but I will be doing the caregiving. I love every furry friend and it would be a joy rather than a chore to help care for each pet. I am well versed in medication administration, feeding, playtime, small training activities, and more. Depending on the breed or species, I would ensure I am thorough with each pets need and go from there whether thats exercise and play or just chilling on the couch.

About: I’ve owned a menagerie of pets since I was 12 years old. I’ve owned cats, dogs, rodents, birds, you name it! As an aspiring veterinarian who had an amazing internship last summer and someone who has owned many senior animals, I am able to accommodate special medical needs as long as you leave me clear instructions on how to care for your fur baby. I am currently a full-time student and part-time veterinary assistant, but I do not have any other commitments outside of that! Depending on my daily academic schedule, I can typically fit in brief visits in the early morning, and longer visits in the evening during weekdays. I’m available on weekends almost any time! I will follow any instructions left to me to a T. If there is something I’m unsure about, I will be sure to ask clients before taking any drastic actions (unless it is truly an emergency).

About: I love animals of all types! My first pet sitting experience was at the age of 10 with a very sweet German Shephard, Storm. Over the years I've connected with many a canine, feline, and on occasion, equine family members. It's an honor to be trusted by you, and more importantly your four legged companion to care for them while you're away. I'm comfortable caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and levels of energy. You'll see many pictures of me and my late pup Jude. I had the pleasure of being his parent all 15years he roamed this earth. From potty training, behavior training, grooming and senior care. I've done it all. I work part time in Davis and am home around supper time. On workdays I am able to walk/spend time with your furry companion in the mornings and evenings. I'm available on my days off & the weekends for extended visits or walks. In the evening I'm able to do the same. I live in a small apartment that does not allow cats or dogs. If I am boarding your animals overnight, it will need to be in your home. Whatever accommodations your home has for your pet, I'll happily utilize them to ensure their comfort.

About: Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! Now a little bit about me and the care I provide for my clients. I come from a long line of dog lovers. I was raised with pups in the home, and they were a beloved part of our family. Like myself, many family members are in the business of caring for pups in one way or another. I have been professionally taking care of pups on a full-time basis since I retired from teaching in 2020. I have worked with many breeds and specialize in small to medium dogs. I have worked with many pups who are elderly, have anxiety or need medication. Many of my clients are regulars and their pups’ become friends and have fun socializing here. Occasionally, some of my clients prefer to keep their pups separated, particularly if they are elderly, anxious and not social. I have plenty of space and can create secure sections, each with quiet den areas where pups can have their space, yet still be near me and feel safe. In addition, I use soft music to help calm and sooth pups throughout the day. For active dogs that love to play I have a long corridor which is great for indoor fetch! I also have a beautiful path behind my home where we go for long walks. The park is only a short ten-minute walk and I utilize it often. Sometimes I take my pups out for a field trip, and we get a “pup cup” at Starbucks and/or walk around the UCD Arboretum. Safety is my first priority! So, all dogs must be up to date with all their immunizations and flea/tic treatments! If you have any questions, please feel free to text me. I work/school from home so I have plenty of time to walk, play and snuggle. Sometimes we do doggy field trips. We get pup cups and then go to the arboretum or parks. I work with clients to maintain routnines and make our guests feel safe and at home. Dogs are out and about but are crated during transition times or when I need to run out to the store to keep them safe. We take plenty of pics and videos. Communication is key.

About: I have had animals in my household since I was a baby. I got my first dog in 3rd grade and have cared for her until I left for college. I have cared for my families and neighbors dogs and cats while they are away at vacation. I have just graduated with my bachelors in Animal Science at the University of California in Davis. I have cared for newborn puppies and practiced physical exams on many animals. I have the ability to bathe, feed, walk, train, and trim dog’s nails. I’ve worked at 2 animal hospitals one in Davis and here in Palm Springs! I am a full time vet assistant at PSAH however with my time gaps I’d be more than available to take your dog outside to use the restroom and make sure to feed them. I would be happy to keep them company while I do my studies. I have a fenced and large backyard so that your fur babies have plenty of space to run safely. If there is a crate provided in the clients home I will use it as necessary and make sure there are no open doors for them to run out.

At home, I care for my five-year-old Aussie Doodle every single day. I make sure she’s well-fed, always has fresh water, and of course, gets her favorite treats. We go on walks, play together, and every night, I tuck her into bed, it’s part of our routine and something I truly enjoy. Her happiness and comfort are always my priority. I also cared for my aunt’s senior dog for a week, and it was a very different but equally rewarding experience. He had a strict walking and feeding schedule that I followed closely to keep him comfortable and healthy. I made sure he received plenty of love, attention, and care throughout the day, adjusting to his pace and needs. Whether it's my own pet or someone else’s, I always put in the time and heart to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well taken care of.

About: I love animals very much and as a result, have much experience with them. I had a dog for 10 years that I fully trained from the age of 8 weeks, so I am very comfortable with puppies. Additionally, I have dog-sat senior dogs many times, for multiple days. I am a student at UC Davis currently, with class only a couple of times per day. I have a car as well so I am easily able to visit your pet multiple times throughout the day. I have no classes on Fridays or the weekends so I am usually fully free on those days. How you and your dog's usual schedule is, is what I will try my best to replicate for your pup. For example, if the dog needs to be fed or let out at a certain time, I will make sure it happens.

About: I am currently an animal care assistant at a pet hotel where my main task is walking and taking care of animals straying with us! I also have been a vet assistant for a little under a year now but have handled numerous animals in my time! I would feed, clean, walk, and bathe as well as administer medications, flea/tick, dewormer, vaccines, etc!
