Mandy M.

“Mandy did a wonderful job looking after our three cats, especially considering how difficult to find two of them can be! We'll definitely be asking her to cat sit the next time we're away. Five great big stars!”

Courtney T.

“Courtney did an amazing job! We appreciated how communicative she was with any questions or concerns! We were able to enjoy our time away knowing that the pets were well cared for and that she would reach out as needed. The photos she sent each visit were extra assurance that all was well.”

Kyla L.

“Amazing customer service and great sitter! She took care of my cat, and she really tried to bond with her, even though my cat is very shy and hid most of the time. I appreciate how she was sweet and patient. I will definitely book her again!”

About: I've taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I am always the first person my close circle thinks of to take care of their precious pets. I am currently a full-time student at UC Davis. However, my evenings and weekends are open to help pet owners take care of their pets. I promise to make the pet feel as comfortable and safe as possible. I believe that I can handle any basic needs of the pet and adapt to fit the needs of the pet. From an active dog that wants to play fetch in the park to a cat that wants cuddling, I am happy to provide all these services.

Mariah H.
“We have had many pets throughout Mariah’s life. She always was eager to take care of them and was super friendly with them (even from a young age). She’s always aspired to be a veterinarian, and she has always had a deep passion for animals. Many of my friends have used her as a pet sitter, and they all have great reviews. Mariah loves any and every animal, and she is dedicated to giving them the best life they could have.”

Kathryn J.
“Kathryn has dog sat for us several times and it’s wonderful to be able to leave Abby at home in such capable hands. Abby loves Kathryn and Kathryn loves Abby. It’s such a win win to be able to leave town knowing our doggie is in such good hands and we completely trust Kathryn with our house and key. Always seem less with piece of mind.”

Ivy G.
“Ivy is a very down to earth and amazing person! She is excellent in canine behavior, obedience and intermediate canine training. I have seen her in action to correct behavior and do on the spot quick training. She has worked with all age ranges for dogs and knows that you absolutely can teach old dogs new tricks. She is fantastic with puppies and setting expectations for them, and is very proactive in correcting unwanted behavior. She can spot a bad situation from a mile away and will proactively take steps to avoid or minimize any unwanted outcome. She is well versed in basic first aid and knows canine CPR. She has knowledge of emergency vet and general vet hospitals in the Davis area and will not hesitate to head there if she suspects something is wrong. She strives to continue learning so your fur baby is in the best hands possible.”

Samantha C.
“Samantha is one of the biggest dog people I have ever met and an animal lover in general. She is gentle and knowledgeable with all sizes of dogs and has experience handling them. I have no doubt your pets will love her.”

Aaron B.

“Aaron has taken excellent care of my cat. In addition to the basics, he has given my cat his medication plus lots of play time. His informative and thorough reports have been much appreciated. He really understands cats. I won't hesitate to use his services again.”

About: I took care of my dog growing up, and now have a cat that I take care of. I volunteered at the Charleston Animal Society for a few years in high school. I am now an Animal and Vet Science major at Clemson University. I love all animals and will ensure proper care. As a vet student my schedule fluctuates weekly, however, I will be available for twice a day drop ins or longer stays. I am usually always free on weekends as well. I will gladly provide exercise (walking, throwing balls, playing etc. ) for your pet and make sure it has everything it needs while you are not home.

Jessica S.

“Jessica was amazing with my cat Mango! She was very on top of all her responsibilities and very communicative. I would highly recommend her for any of your pet needs.”

Michaelle G.

“Michaelle was super responsive, great at communicating, and did an excellent job checking in on my two cats. My cat Edna is skittish and mistrustful of anyone not living in the house, but even she readily accepted food and attention from her when she came to visit! I would definitely hire her again in the future to look in on them when we're out of town.”

Samantha Y.
“Sammie has been our dog sitter for 8yrs. She is warm and gentle and very attentive to our fur baby's needs. Our pup runs into her home when we visit. Highly recommended!”

Carla-Cristina M.
“CC did a great job taking care of my dog Sombra while I was on vacation or went out of town over the last two years. She kept up with me with video and communication and as well as knew how to handle Sombra, who has extreme anxiety. She is patient and really cares for dogs.”

Meztli R.
“Meztli is young, energetic and her love for dogs is an understatement. She is clean and organized, always on time! She is attentive to the pooches needs! Our dogs can be needy and Meztli made dure they had the attention they needed. She gave them playtime and had a blast with them. I would hire her anytime without a doubt!”

Sarah S.
“Sarah has cared for and walked my dog a number of times and she is honestly one of the best dog sitters/walkers I have used. She's communicative, respectful and treats my dog with so much kindness. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new caretaker for their animal.”

Mayra D.
“Mayra is an excellent pet sitter, she has watched Molly our German shepard multiple times when we have had out trips, also when we had our little one. She is super nice, respectful and defined shows Molly the love we would. Molly shows happiness and is very cheerful when she sees mayra which totally tells you the bond. She's a total pet lover.”

Maddie L.

“I found Maddie when I needed a cat sitter on very short notice, for an extended leave, and found her very attentive and focused on details as we set up the visits on the Rover website. Rover was not as transparent for a new user as I had thought it would be... I left Maddie with the information regarding my cat Cat’s unusual lifestyle and habits – indoor/outdoor using a microchip cat door, drinking from faucet or a puddle left in the bathtub (a water cat!) rather than water bowl, being skeptical towards new cat sitters, potentially getting into fights.... And I left them for about 6 weeks of daily drop-in visits, worrying about Maddie more than about Cat. Cat immediately fell in love with Maddie and everything went totally smoothly. Maddie sent daily pictures showing that Cat trained her well, and Cat proudly posed for her as she never does for me. Shortly after my return we scheduled more visits, and I am now keeping an eye on Maddie’s availability before planning a trip. I have total confidence in Maddie and highly recommend her; Thank you Maddie for your excellent work!”
