About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with about five years of hands-on pet sitting experience. Growing up around animals has given me a natural comfort with them, and over the years I've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Some of the breeds I've looked after include Golden Retrievers, Chihuahuas, Beagles, Corgis, and plenty of wonderful mixed breeds. I've also cared for cats here and there—and while I'm slightly allergic, that has never stopped me from giving them the love and attention they deserve. One of my most memorable experiences was caring for nine pets at the same time alongside my girlfriend: two cats, three adult rescue dogs, and four brand-new puppies. It definitely kept us busy, but it reinforced how much I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure each one receives the care, patience, and attention they need. I recently graduated from UC Davis and am currently in an in-between stage before starting the next chapter of my career. About: I grew up with dogs and would oftentimes feed and walk them. I also helped my friends take care of their pets and pet sat for them as well. I am free anytime Fridays-Sundays and can stop by in the mornings and afternoons before, after, and in between classes. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher but I can still make them work. I like to spend as much time with them as I can, either sitting with them, playing with them, going out for walks, and feeding them at times instructed by the owners. I also often like to do chores such as sweeping/vacuuming and tidying up spaces in the house.

About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. During the times I need to work outside of the home, my 19 year old daughter (who has been doing Rover with me since she was 11) will give the best care in my place. I have a thriving Airbnb business in my home for over a decade, so I have a ton of experience and mindset on home-care: I treat other folks' pets and homes as well as I treat my own. About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. Now in my 30s, I’m an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I am comfortable using a crate, and we have plenty of floor room in the house (carpet and laminate) for them to lay down if they're not crate trained. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. Cats are allowed to wander the house. We are more than happy to put up child gates to keep your furry family member in certain areas of the house if they're prone to getting into things (such as stuffed animals for the kiddos... I mean really, a lot of doggie toys these days look so similar! I'd understand the misconception. lol) We're not afraid to be firm but kind if your family member needs set boundaries.

About: I have always been taking care of neighbors dogs and cats whenever they are away on vacation ever since I was young. I also have experience taking care of my own pets making sure they have all the exercise and attention needed. I previously was a vet assistant so am familiar with any medication needs. During school I have a set schedule but on breaks will be flexible in timing I live in a quiet area with a large fenced in yard. In the past in my younger days did dogsitting. I am an artist and self employed and have a flexible schedule to work and move around. And when needed it is easy for me to stay over and be present for the needs of the house. My yard is fenced and safe to receive dogs, already has one small dog and used to having dogs in the house. About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. Insects, reptiles, rats, especially cats and dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the ASPCA for a year! About: I grew up around dogs of all sizes and ages, but in 6th grade I finally got my own puppy! I was responsible for crate training, potty training, and all of her other needs. My “puppy” is 9 years old now, and she has been loved her entire life. I am a current college student enjoying the summer break. About: Apart from owning my own dogs, cats, and reptiles, I have been working as a pet sitter for about 8 years. For the past year and half I have been working as a lead kennel technician and doggy daycare attendant for Performance K9 Training and Boarding. About: I've had multiple dogs all my life (all shelter rescues of all sizes and temperaments) and cared for them up into their senior years. About: I have three cats and one dog of my own! I’m used to all and any antics they can get up to. I’ve got a crazy routine for my pets, so no requests are too much for me :) Typically I am free in the morning or afternoon most days. My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. I like going at the dogs pace on walks whether that be sniffing around a bunch or taking a jog around the neighborhood until they get tired! I used to have a cat that required medication, so I’m familiar with giving pills and liquid meds to cats.
About: People call me the cat whisperer because I am able to work with the shy and spicy kitties. I have volunteered at the animal shelter for 9 years. I have decided to take my love and passion for cats and share it! I am available as needed as long it is scheduled ahead of time. I can make most things fit into my calendar. I will only be providing drop in visits. I would care for your cats like they are my own! I will play with them, change their litter, food, and water dishes. I will make sure to give them that extra TLC while you are gone. Also, if needed, give space when the cat is uncertain of me and take my time to approach if they are feeling shy.

I graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology and am in search of dog walking, training, bathing, and pet sitting positions to help me pay off student loans.
