About: I have owned dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes since I was born. Now, I have worked as a vet assistant for 6 years in both general practice and oncology. I have helped with emergencies for all kinds of breeds and done overnight care several times. I also work and volunteer at shelters consistently so I know how to deal with animal stress. I have never met an animal I didn't love no matter its personality and demeanor so I know they are in good hands. I am a college student but have gaps in my day to go back to my apartment and take them out. I would never leave a pet at home for more than 2 hours and live with just my fiance and I also well equipped in pet care, but I will be doing the caregiving. I love every furry friend and it would be a joy rather than a chore to help care for each pet. I am well versed in medication administration, feeding, playtime, small training activities, and more. Depending on the breed or species, I would ensure I am thorough with each pets need and go from there whether thats exercise and play or just chilling on the couch.

About: I love animals of all types! My first pet sitting experience was at the age of 10 with a very sweet German Shephard, Storm. Over the years I've connected with many a canine, feline, and on occasion, equine family members. It's an honor to be trusted by you, and more importantly your four legged companion to care for them while you're away. I'm comfortable caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and levels of energy. You'll see many pictures of me and my late pup Jude. I had the pleasure of being his parent all 15years he roamed this earth. From potty training, behavior training, grooming and senior care. I've done it all. I work part time in Davis and am home around supper time. On workdays I am able to walk/spend time with your furry companion in the mornings and evenings. I'm available on my days off & the weekends for extended visits or walks. In the evening I'm able to do the same. I live in a small apartment that does not allow cats or dogs. If I am boarding your animals overnight, it will need to be in your home. Whatever accommodations your home has for your pet, I'll happily utilize them to ensure their comfort.

About: I have taken care of pets for family and friends and my own as well. I have bathed, fed,walked, played and gave medication to pets. Full time SAHM so much free time to care for your furry pets. Please take me into consideration, I am very excited to be able to get to know every fur baby stay inside unless needed to be walked or go play. Each furry friend is watched carefully. About: I’ve owned a menagerie of pets since I was 12 years old. I’ve owned cats, dogs, rodents, birds, you name it! As an aspiring veterinarian who had an amazing internship last summer and someone who has owned many senior animals, I am able to accommodate special medical needs as long as you leave me clear instructions on how to care for your fur baby. I am currently a full-time student and part-time veterinary assistant, but I do not have any other commitments outside of that! Depending on my daily academic schedule, I can typically fit in brief visits in the early morning, and longer visits in the evening during weekdays. I’m available on weekends almost any time! I will follow any instructions left to me to a T. If there is something I’m unsure about, I will be sure to ask clients before taking any drastic actions (unless it is truly an emergency).

I also have experience taking care of a range of exotic animals from working at an animal sanctuary. As someone who works from home, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I can usually adjust my work hours to make time for your pet and their needs. I can also generally accept same-day bookings, especially for drop in visits or walks. As someone who has worked with animals for several years, I understand that each pet is unique and may require special care and attention. About: I have been caring for dogs for seven years and have three years of experience in fostering and rehabilitating shelter dogs. I am experienced with handling large and small breeds, including Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, and Cane Corsos. My expertise also includes walking reactive dogs, as well as leash training, house training, and crate training. About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. I also worked with campus goats, pigs, sheep, fish, cattle, and horses—and even fostered cats for the hospital. Now in my 30s, I’m an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I continue to care for friends’ and neighbors’ pets with the same compassion, attention, and responsibility that’s guided me my whole life. I’m certified in Cat & Dog CPR & First Aid, and Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED/First Aid, and have emergency care experience with animals large and small. I’m calm under pressure, reliable, and always communicate clearly—your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'm currently taking a break from teaching, and being a full-time stay-at-home mama to my 3 year old daughter and 6 month old son. I have plenty of time to care for your furry family member. Please note that at this time, we are seeking families whose pets are comfortable around toddlers and babies. I have a fully fenced yard, and a park just around the corner from my house for those whose furry friends enjoy a stretch, walk, or playtime! I am comfortable using a crate, and we have plenty of floor room in the house (carpet and laminate) for them to lay down if they're not crate trained. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. Cats are allowed to wander the house. We are more than happy to put up child gates to keep your furry family member in certain areas of the house if they're prone to getting into things (such as stuffed animals for the kiddos... I mean really, a lot of doggie toys these days look so similar! I'd understand the misconception. lol) We're not afraid to be firm but kind if your family member needs set boundaries.

About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my whole life. I make sure to respect the needs of each animal that I am around and only interact with them in ways that they’re comfortable with. I also have experience training dogs and would love to help with that if you’d like. I work from home most days so I have very flexible hours! :) I am a Neuroscience PhD student and can do pretty much all of my work remotely. I am very flexible with hours and will be able to give your pet as much attention as they need ! I can help however you need- I’d be happy to stay overnight if your pet needs it, though I can’t stay 24/7 since I have my own cat to take care of at home. I can take dogs on walks and give them lots of attention and play time. Or if your pet is more reclusive I can just provide some company as we exist in the same room. I’m super flexible!
