About: I absolutely love all pets! I spent this past summer volunteering as a dog socializer and walker at Pets Lifeline Animal Shelter. I am comfortable around all dogs, all energy levels, I understand their body language, and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. I will dedicate my time to loving them and prioritizing your routine. I also have a pup of my own, a pug, who loves to get out of the house and is always curious! As a UC Davis student, I plan my schedule carefully to make time for pet care throughout the week. About: I’ve been training and loving my dog, Rocky, since he was a puppy. He has taught me a lot about what is required to care for a pet. I also interned at a vet hospital in high school which gave me an opportunity to interact with many dogs and cats in a space where most of them were scared so I enjoyed comforting them. Although I can’t preform surgery on your pet, I can show them the care they deserve. As a college student my schedule changes often. For now I am most free, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays after 12pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays I get home a little after 4pm. Weekends I am usually free unless I go home to visit family. I live in an apartment but it has a small fenced yard where your dog could unwind and go potty whenever they need to. If given the opportunity to care for your pet I would also ensure daily walks and other activities for enrichment. There are no other pets in my apartment right now since my dog is living with my parents, so that will give me the chance to focus my attention and energy on your pet!

About: I have cared for a wide range of animals since my childhood on a small family farm. I have bottle fed kittens to goats, trained puppies to ducks, and cared for little piglets to senior dogs. I also have some experience with medical procedures with dogs and cats, to farm animals. Experience with cats with diabetes, pets with blindness, deafness, and immobility. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and good care and enrichment is always my top priority! I like to check on my animals and animals I’m caring for a minimum of 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. With cats I like to spend time playing, setting up enrichment activities, and learning how they are most comfortable. With dogs I like to do a minimum of 3 walks a day followed by some of their favorite activities. I believe pets should be checked on morning, afternoon and evening at minimum. I like to follow the routine of the pets parents to a T so as to not disturb the pets while their families are gone. I think having a routine is important for a pet especially when their people/family are gone.

About: I've grown up in a family that owns cats. My family cutie cat was adopted 3 years ago and is almost 4 years old! Therefore, I LOVE interacting with different animals that have their unique characteristics. Knowing that every pet is different, I will do meet & greet before starting to take care of your furry family members. At the same time, I will carefully document my interactions with them to make sure you are comfortable with my feeding, playtime, medication delivery, and following any specific instructions to keep pets happy and comfortable. If you have younger/older pets that may need more consistency, I will definitely be more gentle with my care. My goal, like many sitters, is to always let your pets feeling safe with me while you're away. I have the confidence that your family members will be treated with real care!!! In a client’s home, I do my best to keep their pet’s routine consistent since I know that familiar surroundings can help them feel more comfortable.
