About: My entire life, my family has had at least two dogs, so I'm very well versed and familiar with the care and attention that a variety of different dog breeds need to get. In addition, I have two kittens of my own, who are extremely well cared for. Animals are my passion in life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I can guarantee your fur babies will get all of the love, attention, and care in the world while I'm watching them. I'm a student and work part-time, so I'm busy but have a schedule that easily allows me to check in on your pets as-needed! I can check in frequently, spend hours with your pets, and sleep over if preferred. How I care for your pets depends on your personal instructions, boundaries, and expectations, and the specific needs of your pet, if applicable. About: I have cared for a wide range of animals since my childhood on a small family farm. I have bottle fed kittens to goats, trained puppies to ducks, and cared for little piglets to senior dogs. I also have some experience with medical procedures with dogs and cats, to farm animals. Experience with cats with diabetes, pets with blindness, deafness, and immobility. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and good care and enrichment is always my top priority! I like to check on my animals and animals I’m caring for a minimum of 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. With cats I like to spend time playing, setting up enrichment activities, and learning how they are most comfortable. With dogs I like to do a minimum of 3 walks a day followed by some of their favorite activities. I believe pets should be checked on morning, afternoon and evening at minimum. I like to follow the routine of the pets parents to a T so as to not disturb the pets while their families are gone. I think having a routine is important for a pet especially when their people/family are gone.
About: I’ve taken care of many pets from senior animals on their deathbeds to infants needing bottle feeding, animals with behavior issues, and animals needing medical care. I am familiar with training animals and am not afraid of a challenge. I do not currently have any obligations, so my schedule is completely open and I am available to care for your pets at any time. About: I am currently an animal care assistant at a pet hotel where my main task is walking and taking care of animals straying with us! Kelly was so fantastic with our dog all weekend. She made sure our little 60 lb girl went on fun news adventures while also getting needed downtime at home, and had excellent communication throughout. Our dog gets a little anxious under new circumstances but seemed right at home with Kelly.
Faith took car of my pups for a week. One is an older lady on a kidney diet with meds. Another still had the young pup energy. Faith did a great job with the feeding and meds. Our older dog can be more difficult to get to eat. Faith also housesat and helped with some house plants. At the meet and greet, she was thorough with her questions, which I appreciated because I did not think of everything at the time. I would definitely hire her again to watch my dogs or housesit.
Esmerilda was great. I have a senior cat that requires an asthma inhaler twice a day and a dog with an injury that requires management and medication and she took great care of them both. She sent frequent photos throughout the day of them both. She was well equipped to ensure the medication protocol was followed for both pets! I would recommend her and book her again :)
Jenna did an excellent job caring for our Great Pyr and an elderly cat with special needs while we were away. She even dealt with an escaped chicken and an ant problem and the house was left better than she found it. We appreciated how communicative she was and felt like our animals were well taken care of.
Jenny is an outstanding pet sitter! She housesat and watched our dog for a week and she made it so easy for us to relax knowing she holding down the fort at home. She sent us detailed daily messages and photos of our pup and she seemed to get our reactive dog and what she needed right away. She took her on nice long walks and we felt confident in her ability to handle the pulling and barking that usually ensues. Jenny was also so great about remembering every little detail about caring for the house and confirmed with us when packages were brought it, garbage cans taken out to the street, etc. Most of all, she seemed to really gain the trust of our dog and we could see from the pictures and videos that she sent that our dog not only became comfortable with Jenny, she seemed to be having fun, looking happy and cuddling up with her new bud. We really could not have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a trustworthy, highly competent, communicative sitter.
Mira watched our energetic rottweiler and cats for 2 weeks and did great. She is very sweet and gave me the confidence to leave my house and all my animals, despite having some negative pet sitter experiences in the past. She was quick to respond to my questions, easy to communicate with and asked smart questions. When our senior cat had several urinary accidents in the house, she notified me right away and dealt with it. The house looked tidy and cared for when I arrived home and all my animals were happy. I'd definitely recommend Mira.
