About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life (mine and the animals of people I love). I am passionate about animals of all kinds and have experience caring for animals of all ages, medical needs, and temperaments. I currently have a puppy and two cats (one with medical needs). I’ll care for your furbabies with the same attention I care for mine. I am a classical violinist, so my working hours usually occur Thursday - Sunday. I am usually free all day Monday - Wednesday, allowing me a lot of flexibility to visit your pet when and however often you need me to. I know how important it is for your pet to be treated and cared for with the specific instructions you require. I will take great care to follow everything to a “T” and care for your babies the way I care for my own. I am extra cautious about pet safety (opening and closing doors, leash security, environmental awareness on walks, etc.)

About: Animals have been a part of my life since day one—I’ve always shared my home with pets (including tiny puppies and 3 week old kittens!), and caring for them quickly became second nature. I started pet sitting and dog walking at 16, and my passion has only grown since then. Over the years, I’ve done extensive research on dog and cat behavior, health, and training—not just to be a better sitter, but to be the best pet parent I can be. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I’m here to make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and happy while you're away. I work part-time with two days off each week, and I have the flexibility to take breaks if needed. If I'm boarding your pet, no worries—I live just five minutes from my job and am happy to swing home for quick check-ins, potty breaks, or a fun little play session during the day. Your pet’s comfort and routine are always a top priority! I live in a pet-friendly apartment with three awesome roommates who also love animals, so your pet will get plenty of attention and company! It’s very rare that your pet will be left alone, and when I’m home, we’ve got access to a fenced-in dog yard right in the complex for safe playtime. I’m all about tailoring care to your pet’s vibe—whether that means frequent walks and play for energetic pups or cozy, lazy days for the more relaxed types. Your pet’s happiness come first!

About: Hello, my name is Savanna. I have just moved to the area for school. I am a doctoral student in Physical Therapy at LMU. I have owned several dogs throughout my life, including Miniature Schnauzers, Old English Bulldogs, and multiple Labrador Retrievers. Unfortunately, I had to leave my family dogs behind for school. My passion for dogs extends beyond my own pets; I have also taken care of other people's dogs and worked as a Veterinary Technician. With a few years of experience in pet care, I've helped several families by looking after one to three dogs at a time. I typically offered house visits or stayed overnight to ensure the dogs felt as comfortable as possible in their own spaces. Due to school, I am currently not working, and I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies whenever you need me. I'm currently a student, and I do not work. Since I am a full-time student, I have time around my classes to check in on your fur babies. Usually, I am free for the day around 3pm. I stay in an apartment complex, which is gated. We have plenty of yard space, as well as a trail within the courtyard. The complex is pet friendly with doggy bags available and a fenced dog park. I do not own my own pets, nor do I have kids. I am open to house visits at the client's home as well, which I believe might be easier for the pet.

About: Hello there! My name is Chelsea. I have been dog-sitting for the last three years. I always love to have some one on one time with a canine buddy. I’m a bonafide pet person and I’m so excited to be working with Rover to expand my clientele. I grew up with a energetic brindle Boxer, raised a feisty red Min Pin, and trained a Catahoula Leopard dog to hike off leash. I’ve dog-sat for a standard-sized Poodle who lived for a ball throw, an easy-going Hound who just wanted his ears rubbed, and a long-haired Dachshund who wanted to snuggle the day away. I’m open to any and all sizes and breeds and enjoy learning the quirks and perks of each. If your pup needs to be cared for by someone that will treat them as an individual and appreciate their needs, I’m the gal you are looking for.

About: Hello! I am a lover of all life and the things it involves— including people and their animals. I am a high school English teacher. I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and each one came with his or her own set of needs. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and most breeds, but I’m not the best fit for German Shepherds. I am familiar with having to treat infections, keep special diets and give much love and play. I currently have one cat of my own. Her name is Tonks, and she is 7.5 years old. I adopted her from the humane society when she was 6 months old. I would love to care for your pets while you're away and learn all there is to know about them. I am a high school English teacher, so I work full-time. Therefore, I am unavailable between 7:45am-4pm during the week. However, weekends are wide open! I do not board fur babies. However, I will care for your pet in your home or neighborhood based on the care instructions you give me. I will do everything I can to make them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

About: I love animals, of course! I grew up with 2 to 3 dogs in the home at all times and I now have my own two. I understand the need for last minute arrangements for your babies. I really enjoying directly helping my community while also giving my girls new friends :) I have a great time when dropping in for quick visits too, making sure to get out some energy before I head out again. BOARDING: When hosting your dogs, I want them to feel so comfortable and at home. In order for this, I need to be able to let them in the bed, on the couch, and under the blankets without them leaving a residue or a smell. I know dogs aren’t the cleanest but there is a point where if I cannot pet them without residue being left on my hands, I will bathe them myself and it will be added to your total at the end of boarding. I do NOT expect a freshly bathed dog, but I do expect to be able to tell that they regularly receive baths. If you have any questions about this at all please feel free to message me! I have no intentions of charging all willy-nilly, but I do need something in place to avoid excessively dirty animals being dropped off. I aim to keep my home comfortable, clean, and welcoming for all new pets :) I currently work part time so I will have plenty of time to play with your babies! As of right now I work from 10 am to 5 pm. I’m always refilling the water. I have well cleared areas for playing, as to help the pups avoid hitting anything. I have lots of toys, both inside and outside ones. And when it is warm or cool enough, I like to leave the back door open for them to come in and out as they please.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 12 years old! I started a pet sitting business called “Kait’s Kare” to be hired to care for neighbors and family/friends pets while they were away. In my adult life, I’ve been asked to pet sit, walk friends dogs while they are away or at work and find joy in the interactions with pets as well as making someone’s day a little less stressful by knowing their furbabies are in good hands. I have a 3 year old rescue dog myself and she is my best friend. I’ve taken my dog and passed intermediate and advanced classes at Petsmart as well as self taught her agility course skills which she’s showcased at ZoomRoom. I am currently working full-time but with a hybrid schedule and lots of flexibility. If our schedules align, I’ll be sure your animals are getting all the love and attention they need while I’m with them. I often take long walks at my complex and frequent both the complex and local dog parks. While I could not bring outside dogs to my complex park, happy to utilize the owners preferred outside space to ensure comfortability for the pet.
