“My cat, Ruby, was very well taken care of while I had to be out of town! She gets super anxious while I'm gone, but I could tell by the pictures Melissa sent that she was getting lots of love. About: I understand that every cat has a unique personality and different needs. Some cats are affectionate and love attention, playtime, and cuddles, while others prefer their space and can be a little more independent- or even a bit sassy! No matter their personality, my goal is always to make your cat feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away. I have experience caring for cats and know the importance of respecting their routines, boundaries, and preferences. I will adapt my care, behavior, and schedule to meet your cat’s specific needs, whether that means providing lots of companionship or simply giving them the space they prefer. I treat every cat with patience, kindness, and understanding so they can feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible in their own home.
“Kristen did a great job as always. She communicated well; sent pictures; did what I expected, and most importantly, gave me peace of mind taking care of my cat and my home while away. Thanks so much Kristen!”

“What a pleasant experience! This was our first time boarding our cat Clovis. Devin and Delisa were the best! Clovis got the best care and I got the best feedback while away! I super recommend them and will be booking with them next time for sure! Thank you so much!”

About: I look forward to meeting and loving your fur babies! I’ve had pets my whole life and currently have a cat and dog of my own. I’m also a special needs parent, so patience, compassion, and attentiveness are second nature to me. Pet sitting helps me support my daughter’s therapies and additional needs, which makes this work especially meaningful to me. It takes a village, and I can’t wait to be a part of yours 🐾🩶
About: Over the past 11 years, I have dedicated myself to the lifelong care of my two dogs, gaining an intimate understanding of canine development from puppyhood through their senior years. This journey has fostered a deep-seated passion for pet advocacy and specialized care. Whether meticulously managing Cookie’s daily medical regimen for allergies or providing a steady, reassuring presence for Snowball’s anxiety, I approach every unique need with unwavering patience and heart. I am committed to bringing this same level of attentive, high-standard care to your pets, ensuring their health and emotional well-being are always the top priority. I work full-time remote so I can care for your pets almost on a 24/7 basis guaranteeing that they are looked after. I can take breaks whenever as needed, so I can fully tailor to your pets' potty schedule. I have a fenced in backyard for your pets to freely roam outside. While inside, we don't restrict any area from pets. We have two dogs to keep your pets company.

“Elizabeth was great! I contacted her on really short notice and she was able to work with me on when I needed her to check in on my cats. She did everything I asked and was a great help! Thanks again!”

About: Medically retired Veteran and stay at home dad with lots of time on my hands to care for fur kids and keep a watchful eye on them. I have dog sat for friends' pets and personal pets that I've owned for over 30 years. I don't currently have another job. So, aside from medical appointments, I don't have any issues with daily or weekly routines. I should be able to conform to any and all needs. I always care for every pet as though that pet were my own. I know how sensitive each pet can be, so I try my best to keep that in mind when dealing with someone else's pet.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 13 and have been entrusted with the care of multiple animals at the same time for weeks at a time. I have and still house sit, walk, feed, and am able to give medication to animals when needed. I have house sat for a dog with neurological issues multiple times. I am able to handle small and larger breeds. I have dogs myself so I can read other's signals quite well. I am also well rounded in taking care of cats. I will have graduate assistantship on campus which will not exceed 20 hours per week and classes only once a day and only three days a week giving me a lot of time to fit pet care into my schedule. I am also good at deciding if I can handle certain jobs at times and advocate for myself. I will usually work with the owner and ask them to provide information on how they would like me to care for their animal(s) just to make sure they receive the best care and can stay on their normal day to day schedule. I am good in an emergency and if there is one I can act quickly and get pets to the best care possible. I like to work with all animals using positive reinforcement and patience and am able to keep to the rules that have been set for them by their owners as well. I will treat the pet(s) the same way in their own home as I would if they were in mine. I always want their experience away from their person to be as stress free as I can make it.
“Veronica was great! She was so communicative and has a personality that my cat loved! My usually shy cat was all about hanging with her new bestie! 10/10 recommend!”

“We absolutely love Stephanie as our Rover! She always is so caring and sweet with our cats. We love the pictures she sends every time! Makes us feel good going out of town.”

About: I am an experienced pet owner! I grew up with dogs, ferrets, snakes, lizards, fish, frogs, parakeets, and much more. I also volunteered a lot of my time caring for, and walking dogs at the animal shelter. Nothing brings me greater joy than watching my friends’ fur babies when they are out of town (which they frequently ask me to do!). I am the perfect person to watch your fur baby! I work from home, so I can give your baby 24/7 love and attention. I am also a HUGE animal lover. I have excellent communication skills, so you will never have to wonder how your baby is doing - I’ll be sending you daily updates while they are in my care. :) I treat every pet like family! I let them roam freely (depending on your preference!), and make sure they go potty every few hours. I live in an apartment, and since I work from home they will be getting ‘round the clock care, supervision, and attention!
“Meredith is the absolute best! She's so kind and gentle and patient!l - Springsteen enjoyed his time with her and John so much. He had the best time exploring the woods and playing in her very large and fun backyard. Perfect place to spend time with the best dog loving house! Thank you, Meredith, for all the love and attention you provide. Can't wait for Springsteen to come back for more time at Doyle's Den.”

“Mary was a wonderful caregiver for our dog! It was our first time using Rover and things couldn't have been better. Mary sent updates during the day, kept our pup entertained with walks, and gave him lots of TLC. We'd love to have Mary watch him again when we're in the Knoxville area.”

About: Hi, I’m Denise! I’ve been caring for pets for 22 years, from energetic pups and curious cats to gentle seniors. I’m reliable, patient, and adapt to each pet’s personality and routine. Whether it’s playtime, medications, or quiet companionship, I make sure your furry family feels safe and loved — and you’ll always get updates for peace of mind! I am available full time to pet sit including visits, dog walk, overnight stays short or long. I am just starting with rover so schedule is open. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy in both your home or mine. I follow feeding schedules, handle medications, maintain litter/cleanup, and provide playtime, cuddles, or quiet time depending on your pet’s personality. I also send photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re well cared for.
“Bennie had the best time at Sandra’s house! It was my first time using the app and I was little nervous but Sandra sent plenty of pictures and updates so it made feel better.”

About: I go beyond basic pet sitting by building trust with both pets and owners. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s helping reinforce puppy training, keeping up with high-energy dogs, or providing calm, compassionate care for senior pets, I always make sure your pet feels cared for and comfortable. I’m currently studying for my physical therapy boards, which allows me to be home throughout the day and have a very flexible schedule for pet care. Because of this, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, feedings, and companionship rather than leaving pets alone for long periods. In both my home and a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, fresh water, meals on schedule, and, of course, lots of affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.
“🥹🥹🥹 Lisa is incredibly sweet to my fur baby, she always gives tons of pics and feedback!! This was Ellie’s second stay with Lisa and won’t be her last either :) thank you Lisa for everything that you continue to do for us”

About: I have had Chihuahuas, med-poodle mix, and Maltese dogs, so I prefer small to medium size dogs. I am very careful with dogs, so I will make sure they are happy and safe. I am at home all day with my papillon-poodle mix, so I have extra time to care for your "baby". He or she can play in my fenced in back yard, and we can take walks around our very calm neighborhood. My dog is almost 1 yr old, so very friendly and playful. I have a fenced in back yard and covered patio, so if they prefer playing outside, there is a safe area. My home is mostly carpet. I have a large portable pen if needed for extra supervision. My neighborhood is great for taking walks.
“Jan was able to watch Maddie for doggie daycare on short notice. She has a great set up for yard access and also being able to hang out in the cool of the A/C on a comfy couch. It made my day with my family so much better knowing she was being looked after and had Jan’s company while being in a different environment. I would definitely recommend her and I would leave Maddie in her care again if I needed to.”

“You won't find a better family to care for your pups! I happened upon Nikki on this app and I feel like it was fate. Her husband, Mike, their kids and Nikki spent so much time and gave so much love to my Charlie. He is very needy and they were patient, found activities to keep him so happy and also gave him a new bestie. Nugget, their golden retriever, was instantly Charlie's pal. What a sweetheart! Charlie was in a rough spot with separation anxiety and acting very sad and exhausted. 3 days with this family perked him up and gave him new life! I am so thankful!”

“Our rescue was transporting a dog for adoption and had a gap between drivers. Raleigh was flexible and worked with us quickly to take care of Canela until the next transport leg was available a few hours later. She was great to us in making arrangements and very sweet to Canela. We appreciate her so much!”

“Thanks Michael for always taking such great care of Brady, it’s so nice to be able to trust someone with the youngest member of our family. We’ll see you next time.”

“Great place for my dog to spend the day, we will definitely utilize the services this family provides again. They treated us and our dog as family, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. And my dog loved it.”

“Elle is the very best! Conscientious and loving towards our cranky old dog, she won him over and we all are so sad to see her go onto bigger and better things! (Especially Woody!) Thanks Elle! You rock and deserve only the highest of praise! I give you SIX stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: I love all dogs and genuinely care about their happiness, comfort, and well-being. I am available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals of all ages and sizes. In addition to caring for my family’s and friends’ pets, I previously worked for a professional pet care company that was fully insured and highly rated by clients. In that role, I was trusted with clients’ home keys, cared for pets in their homes, and maintained the high standards expected of a professional pet sitter. This experience taught me the importance of reliability, communication, and treating every pet and home with respect. I love going on walks, playing in the yard, and giving plenty of cuddles and attention. I have a toy Cavapoo puppy of my own, so I am also comfortable caring for puppies and understand that they often require extra patience, supervision, and specialized care. I also have two large dog “nephews and nieces” that I regularly spend time with, so I am comfortable handling and genuinely enjoy dogs of all sizes, from tiny puppies to large breeds. While dogs are my specialty, I also have experience with cats and previously lived with one, making me comfortable caring for feline friends as well. When caring for your pet in your home, I am extremely respectful of your space. I make every effort to leave your home exactly as I found it by keeping things clean and tidy, turning off lights, locking doors, and following any household instructions you provide. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing that both your pet and your home are in caring, trustworthy hands. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved furry family member! I am currently in a doctorate program, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule throughout the entire week. Because my schedule varies, I am often available for drop-in visits, walks, house sitting, and other pet care needs at different times of the day. I am a naturally spontaneous and adaptable person, so working with changing schedules is something I genuinely enjoy. I do my best to accommodate each client’s needs and will work with you to ensure your pet receives reliable, attentive care whenever it is needed. I understand that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big decision. I take that responsibility seriously and always strive to provide a safe, reliable, and respectful experience. While caring for your pet, I will treat your home with the same care and consideration that I would my own. I make an effort to maintain a clean environment, clean up after myself and your pet, secure doors and windows, and follow any household instructions you provide. My goal is for you to return to a happy pet and a home that looks just as you left it, or exactly as you would expect it to be.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up with cats, a St. Bernard, as well as farm animals including cows and chickens, which gave me experience with pets of all sizes and personalities from an early age. Today, I’m a proud cat person with four cats of my own and a very loved granddog who keeps me active and reminds me how important daily walks and attention are for happy, healthy dogs. Friends and family regularly trust me to care for their pets while they’re out of town, whether that means drop-in visits, staying with them, or making sure walks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles all happen on schedule. I understand that every pet has their own routine and comfort level, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. My goal is always happy pets and peace of mind for their people. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, allowing me to provide reliable walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I plan my schedule to ensure pets receive consistent attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship while their owners are away. I enjoy building pet care into my day and giving each visit the time and care every animal deserves. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions carefully while providing plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I also respect your home, keeping spaces clean and secure while sending updates and photos for peace of mind.

I enjoy volunteering with dog outing programs and have discovered that working with dogs is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and building trust with both pets and their owners. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to each dog’s unique personality and needs. In a client’s home, I strive to maintain a calm, familiar environment and follow all instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, and household rules. “Kaylee was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time trying Rover and now I'll definitely be using it again. She was great at giving consistent updates and super considerate about my pup! Kaylee kept my sweet boy comfortable throughout the fourth of July weekend. I could tell he was so happy and calm when I returned especially compared to when I've boarded him in the past.”

“Jordyn was awesome!! We left our fur buddy with her and her partner for 3 and 1/2 days and he was so well looked after. She was great about communicating how he was doing and sent some great photos! Will definitely be booking with Jordyn again in the future!”

“Such a sweet woman ( & dog) ! Saved us when our last minute plans to have Riley watched while we were away fell through. So wonderful to meet yet another great connection in our dog family. Hoping to be able to contact Hanna again soon!”
“Definitely my go to pet sitter for Dolly, my 3 month old Australian Shepherd. Dolly absolutely loves it there, and Jennifer sends the best pictures and videos. Her and her husband are absolutely awesome, and their dog is great with Dolly who is as energetic as they come. I won't even think about using anyone else now!”

“Yu very responsive to emails Daily pics, and/or videos Harley enjoyed his stay with Yu. There is a big fenced in backyard for Halrey, and Yu's 2 dogs to play in. My dog has been in the shelter several times, and I like that Harley was able to roam freely, and not spend a lot of time locked up in a kennel. Yu's home provides that, along with the benefit of only boarding one dog at a time. Yu was very responsive to any messages I sent, and sent daily messages, pics, and/or videos. When Harley needs a place to stay in the future, Yu will be my first choice.”

“Kos took my pups in on short notice over Easter weekend. I appreciate his willingness to help me out. My dogs seemed happy when I picked them up and that’s all I could ask for”

“They took amazing care of both of our dogs. They shared updates regularly with great photos. They were very flexible and accommodating for our senior dog. We will absolutely be using them again!”

“Rachel did a great job taking care of our dog Mazie! She sent photos and videos which brought us comfort knowing she was in good hands while we were away. She was professional and accommodating.”

“Thank you, Meredith! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Meredith was so accommodating as our travel plans kept changing. She kept us updated with frequent pictures and messages, as she understood we were nervous leaving our little dog with a stranger. We will use her again and highly recommend her services!”

“Caillynn was absolutely wonderful! She sent me pictures every day while on my trip and gave me updates about Bella. Not having to bring Bellas kennel was also a plus. She made the process very easy and even accommodated me with my late flight by offering to keep her a little longer. I HIGHLY recommend and will be using her again”
