About: I’ve taken care of many different dog breeds and sizes, each with individual needs. I grew up with dogs and cats and have experience from bottle feeding newborn kittens to giving medications to senior pets. My schedule is very flexible, offering pet parents with a variety of pet care support to meet their needs. I work with clients to provide a schedule that works for them. Having fur family members in my home already does not allow for me to provide in my home support. I provide my pet clients with detailed notes on their pet followed by pictures, putting pet owners at ease while away from their fur babe/babies.

About: My name is Destiny and I grew up caring for large and small dogs and cats. I have hands-on experience raising puppies and kittens from birth through adulthood. As an adult, I continue to care for both cats and dogs, including adopted shelter cats and my own Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle. Both of my dogs are neutered, gentle and affectionate. My Standard Poodle loves to run and play and can be wonderfully bouncy, but he's also surprisingly nurturing and likes to make sure everyone is okay. My Labrador is basically Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh—a lovely potato who is particularly drawn to wee, scrappy dogs. I actively study canine behavior and learning. I train and participate in dog sports including obedience, scent work/nose work, agility, Barn Hunt and NASDA. I'm comfortable observing canine body language, following established training and management routines, providing enrichment, and adapting my approach to the individual dog. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals as individuals. I don't expect every dog or cat to immediately love me, and I don't force interaction. I believe comprehensive care starts with paying attention to what makes an animal feel safe, comfortable and understood. I work from home with a flexible schedule and control over my own hours, which gives me plenty of time to incorporate walks, play, enrichment, meals, potty breaks and companionship throughout the day. Our household is unusually quiet and relaxed. There are no children in the home, and my neighborhood is a peaceful residential area that's well suited to walks and downtime. Pets staying with me have opportunities for activity and engagement, but also plenty of time and space to settle, nap and simply relax. Because I'm home much of the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine rather than having to be squeezed in around a long commute or rigid work schedule. I believe pet care starts with understanding the *individual* animal. I take time to learn each pet's normal routine, temperament, preferences, training cues, feeding needs and anything that may make them uncomfortable or stressed. My approach is calm, patient and attentive. I don't force interactions, and I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior. I follow owners' established routines and management instructions carefully because consistency can make being away from home much easier for a pet. My home is clean, quiet, child-free and low-stress, in a peaceful residential neighborhood. I want visiting pets to have a comfortable place where they can play and engage when they want to, but can also settle and rest without constant activity, noise or disruption. When caring for pets in their own homes, I bring the same approach: respect the animal's familiar environment, follow the household's routines carefully, communicate reliably with the owner, and leave things exactly as I found them.

About: I'm a very responsible and fun loving dog mom to my own senior Maltese. Other owners say bringing their dogs to stay with me is like going to Club Med. Looking to spend quality time with my senior dog and other babies as much as I am able to. I would care for your dogs as much as I care for my own. I have a fenced yard and parks in the area. This is a very dog friendly community. Regular potty breaks and walks are the norm for my house.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who recently moved to the area after spending the last 24 years in Washington state. With all the kids off to college, I’m now enjoying being a stay-at-home dog and cat mom and would love to use my extra time to help other pet parents feel confident that their animals are happy, loved, and cared for while they’re away. Your pets may be your babies, but I’ll treat them like they’re mine. 🐾❤️ I am currently staying home and staying active with my standard poodle, Eevee and my cat, Moo. I have worked in surgery for close to 30 years and now that I’m home full time, I want to fill my time with things I love and make me happy. I have a fully fenced backyard with a swimming pool. I do have one standard poodle, who is super friendly and ball obsessed. I do have one cat who is a rescue from a hoarding situation and loves to play with dogs.We have a large home with all kids off to college. Animals sleep with us.

About: I've been raised with miniature snousers and poodles. Now I raised my kids with multipoos. Dogs are my jam 😀 and I love nothing more than their kisses. I am a stay at home mother that has nothing but time to care for your dog. My dogs are walked in the morning, afternoon and evenings. I have a backyard with a fence that the dogs can go out and get some air. I allow my two dogs to have time in the house while I cook which gives them time to relax and settle in the house.

About: Hello my name is Aléna, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. Animals are so amazing to me and I love their personality’s. Looking forward to meeting you pet. My availability is really open, don’t have any dogs of my own, but grew up with them. I miss the connection. So I thought, I would put myself out there, to help service them. In my home I care for my cat Bella by giving her lots of love and making sure to keep her litter box cleaned and let her have her outside time around the yard. My cat Toby, I give him treats and try to teach him some tricks. Give lots of attention and time to play with his toys. He’s a little monster but I love him. Having a clean environment is not only necessary for your animals but yourself. I do the litter box multiple times a week.

About: I have experience working in dog boarding and daycare caring for a wide variety of dogs. I also have experience as both a kennel technician and veterinary assistant caring for both dogs and cats. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds and sizes as well as experience with senior pets and pets with specialized care such as diabetic cats. I also have a little experience with other types of pets but mostly just rabbits. I am a first year student at UC Davis. I am a first year veterinary student with a varying schedule. Though most days are 8-5 the longest with at least a 1 hr break for lunch with some days being shorter and some having the potential to be slightly longer. I am usually free on Saturdays and Sundays and am therefore very flexible those days and my schedule is totally open. I am open for overnight sitting, evening pet sitting, sitting for a few hours while you run errands or go on a date, etc! I have a wide variety of experience that allows me to cater to the needs of your pet. Whether that is taking them for long walks on the beach, giving your anxious pet cuddles and pets, bringing my dog to play with your dog(s) and keep them company, playing fishing with your cats, or whatever I need to do to keep your pets most happy, healthy and comfortable in their home.

About: I have had and taken care of pets (dogs & cats )pretty much my whole life. I take care of my neighbor’s dogs when they are away or just want me to check in on them when they are working. I have been retired for 5 years now. I would love to be able to take care of someone’s animal. Whether it be just a few walks or just checking in on them to make sure they are safe and happy. I can feed and change litter boxes, provide play time or just a check in while you are away. I know how precious our fur babies are to us as I have 2 cats of my own. I watch my neighbors dog and love her like she was mine. If you select me to take care of your fur baby I will respect you home. I would treat it as if it was my own. About: I have been a dog lover ever since I was young and I got my first dog when I was 7. I took care of him until he left me. I feel like all animals around me are my best friends. I also volunteered in a non governmental organization in the Philippines to help out with animals who are in need and needs love and attention. Interned in a pet clinic which taught me how to prepare their medicine and inject them in their IV lines If only I could adopt all those animals who need a home I would rush to any animal shelter and provide everything they need. I think that’s what makes me different from other sitters and walkers because in the future I want to be a veterinarian and save animals. It has been my dream to help these lovely creatures. I’m currently a full time veterinary assistant who works Monday to Friday. I have an hour lunch so if its close or they are staying with me, I can swing by and check in on them. During weekends, I am available. I provide a safe environment by dog/cat proofing my place. I am very particular about making sure they don’t get into absolutely anything. These pets are treated like my own. Under my watch, they are treated the best care they possibly can get.

About: I have cared for a wide range of animals since my childhood on a small family farm. I have bottle fed kittens to goats, trained puppies to ducks, and cared for little piglets to senior dogs. I also have some experience with medical procedures with dogs and cats, to farm animals. Experience with cats with diabetes, pets with blindness, deafness, and immobility. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and good care and enrichment is always my top priority! I like to check on my animals and animals I’m caring for a minimum of 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. With cats I like to spend time playing, setting up enrichment activities, and learning how they are most comfortable. With dogs I like to do a minimum of 3 walks a day followed by some of their favorite activities. I believe pets should be checked on morning, afternoon and evening at minimum. I like to follow the routine of the pets parents to a T so as to not disturb the pets while their families are gone. I think having a routine is important for a pet especially when their people/family are gone.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of my dogs and cats since I was a kid. Feeding, bathing, playing and exercising them. I’ve pet sit for many friends and family as well and follow any directions for your pet care needs. I’m a stay at home mom looking to make some extra cash while getting to help you with your sweet furry friend so I’m schedule is wide open. About: I am currently an animal care assistant at a pet hotel where my main task is walking and taking care of animals straying with us!
