About: Besides caring for my own dog for nearly 13 years, including nearly a year of hospice care, I also have experience volunteering at animal sanctuaries and cat-sitting for roommates and neighbors. I consider companion animals to be family members, and the care I provide reflects that belief. I work from home, and my schedule is flexible, so I’m easily able to accommodate anything an animal in my care needs. I can provide multiple walks, feedings, and potty breaks a day, whether at your house or mine. Because I work remotely, I’m able to keep your dog or cat company all day. I have a fenced backyard, though it’s small, and I live near a dog park. I have a small crate and a larger soft-sided kennel that can be used if that’s something that makes your dog feel more comfortable; otherwise, pets are free to roam and are welcomed on furniture. I have steps to help smaller or senior dogs get on the couch, and there’s a dog bed in every room of my house. I only board for one client at a time, so your dog(s) will have my full attention while you're away, and you'll never have to worry about interactions with other pets. In addition to the Rover Guarantee, I'm also privately insured as a pet-sitter through PCI, so your pets are well-covered.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I don’t think there was a year in my life where I did not have a dog to help take care of! I have taken care of small dogs, medium dogs, and big dogs! We also had a lot of other animals while I was growing up. I’ve taken care of birds, fish, reptiles, and even rabbits. So I am happy to take care of other pets as well if you have them and we can talk prices! Depending on the needs of your pets, I will form my schedule around taking care of them! As of right now this is my main job but as soon as I find another job this will become something I do on the side for a passion hobby. I will always start by asking the owner of the pets to explain their needs and wants before implying anything that I would do on my own. (Customer needs and wants come first) I have fun playing with the animals dogs and cats alike. So if they have favorite toys if I am house sitting then I will let them have fun with that! If I am walking dogs I tend to keep a steady pace so that the dogs get good healthy exercise.

About: I have been surrounded by cats since I was a baby. I currently have two cats and would love to take care of yours like it was mine! I was trying to make a cat only profile but I could not find the only option. I'm currently trying to build a playpen out of my garage to board cats only. Each cat will have a big size enclosure and have individual brakes to play and roam around the playpen by himself. I plan to keep them separate from other possible guest cats to avoid any physical confrontation. You can bring your own food, toys and bed. About: I have experience watching many different types of dogs and cats. I have fostered a puppy as well as dog sat for many different breeds and ages. I grew up with cats and have also cared for many different personalities! I love animals and am so happy to help look after yours! About: Some people innately connect with animals. Maybe this cannot be taught or learned. Even those animals who "don't like anyone" like me. It's a gift. Perhaps they can tell I'm a gentle giant and it makes them feel safe and protected. Whether cat or dog or some other creatures, I will lavish affection and attention on them (if they're into that). Or simply let them call the shots until they're ready to warm up a bit more. As a large, fit dude, I can manage even the strongest dogs, but I'm nimble and delicate with the smaller ones and cats. It comes naturally, and your pets will sense it. Summertime affords more flexibility for me as a teacher. I do have another PT gig currently on Tuesdays & Thursdays in the afternoons. But I'm mostly available the other 5 days for now, and am willing to spend time with your pets before and after shifts on days I work. For many years, I've cared for dozens of friends' pets. Long before Rover existed, I was a resident car provider in my community. Everyone knows I am reliable, professional, responsive, and flexible. Clean, sober, non-smoker.

About: I’ve had at least one dog for 13 years and two dogs for 5 of those. My girlfriend has 4 cats. I love all my animals! Easy or hard, it doesn’t matter. I’ll take on a challenge because all pets deserve maximum love and care. I am working full time during the week right now, but weekends are wide open. There is no time that does not work for me! When I walk dogs, I will be fully vigilant of their behavior, mood, and surroundings. When I do drop in visits, I will follow all instructions given to me by pet parents. I will give all animals love and respect.

I am reliable, attentive, and comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of affection to help pets feel at ease. Pet care fits well into my routine. I am completely free on Mondays. I work from home Wednesday and Friday, and am available after 430pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as on all day weekends. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide dependable care, including walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I treat every pet as if they were my own and follow all instructions provided by the owner.
