About: I have multiple years experience working in dog boarding facilities, as well as small animal veterinary clinics. I have extensive knowledge of dog behavior and welfare, and am able to confidently care for many different types of personalities. I will start veterinary school in the fall, and plan to fit visits in around my class schedule. I commute from Esparto to Davis/Woodland daily and am easily able to make stops anywhere near this commute. I believe in keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and following given instructions as closely as possible. I operate under the principle that as a sitter, I should do everything (and more) for someone else’s pet that I would expect a sitter to do for my own pets.

About: I’ve taken care of many different dog breeds and sizes, each with individual needs. I grew up with dogs and cats and have experience from bottle feeding newborn kittens to giving medications to senior pets. My schedule is very flexible, offering pet parents with a variety of pet care support to meet their needs. I work with clients to provide a schedule that works for them. Having fur family members in my home already does not allow for me to provide in my home support. I provide my pet clients with detailed notes on their pet followed by pictures, putting pet owners at ease while away from their fur babe/babies.

About: Besides caring for my own dog for nearly 13 years, including nearly a year of hospice care, I also have experience volunteering at animal sanctuaries and cat-sitting for roommates and neighbors. I consider companion animals to be family members, and the care I provide reflects that belief. I work from home, and my schedule is flexible, so I’m easily able to accommodate anything an animal in my care needs. I can provide multiple walks, feedings, and potty breaks a day, whether at your house or mine. Because I work remotely, I’m able to keep your dog or cat company all day. I have a fenced backyard, though it’s small, and I live near a dog park. I have a small crate and a larger soft-sided kennel that can be used if that’s something that makes your dog feel more comfortable; otherwise, pets are free to roam and are welcomed on furniture. I have steps to help smaller or senior dogs get on the couch, and there’s a dog bed in every room of my house. I only board for one client at a time, so your dog(s) will have my full attention while you're away, and you'll never have to worry about interactions with other pets. About: I’ve grown with and provided care for dogs since I can remember! My family had my soul dog (a boxer) until she was 15, so I know good care from bad! I’m currently raising and training an 8.5 month old Great Dane mix who loves ALL! I also have a 3 yr old nosey kitty. They get along great and I know will welcome your pups with wagging tails!! I am a full time government employee but I have lots of flexibility in my schedule! I work from home once a week, and have every other Friday off. Weekends are typically spent at home. If a safe space for your pup is what you’re looking for, I know my home can be that place! I have a fenced in yard, a dog run attached to the garage with a large crate/bed for comfort, toys and water and a large crate indoors as well, if some alone time is warranted. There are no doggy doors in my home so they will only be let out when I warrant it, less room for escapes! I don’t have any children, so we’re a fairly quiet home as well.

About: I have provided care and love for my own dogs as well as others through pet sitting and walking for over a decade. I will care for your pets as if they are my own. I am stationed at Travis AFB and currently flying the C-5 Galaxy. I have an open schedule and willing to provide whatever is needed for your needs! About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes—small, medium, and large. I’ve worked with pups from the puppy stage all the way through their senior years. I truly love being around dogs, and I’ve never met one that didn’t warm up to me. I’d say I have great dog energy and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m currently a student pilot and typically fly 2–3 times during the week, usually on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My flight lessons are about 2.5 hours, so I’m still able to fit dog care into my schedule on those days. I’m most available throughout the day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. I’m happy to work with you and your pup’s schedule! I treat every dog I care for as if they were my own. I pay close attention to each dog’s unique needs, personality, and routine to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. About: I’ve taken care of multiple pets before including cats, dogs, birds, and hamsters! I’ve grown up with pets so I’m very knowledgeable and experienced with pets! I can bathe, walk, and have my full time on your pet while you do what you have to!🤗 I’m available any time any day! I can take them on the walks they need and even bathing if they need, of course your details will come first! About: I love dogs (cats, too). Dogs want love, praise and attention and I know they want to be good.... they just need to be given the chance and the right cues to correct behavior. I have my own dogs and I round up strays and fosters to set them up with their forever homes. I am also a homeowner and I know what it feels like to invite a guest worker (pet sitter) into your home and have them not respect or take care of things (pet and home) the way they promised. I promise to look after your pet and your home and I can be your eyes and ears if something is up that you need to know about. I am a full time pet carer. I’m responsible, flexible and reliable. I can usually agree to same day assignments for walking, visiting or overnight care. When I’m with your dogs, I’m interacting with them, even if we’re just hanging out. Pets needs always come first! Some dogs don’t need walking… they might need a long visit with play. Sometimes they need belly rubs and snuggles. I also provide fresh water every visit so they’re never out.

About: Ived taken care and loved many dogs growing up I’m very experienced with dogs of any age, family and friends have replied on me to sit for their pets while away on trips At the moment I’m home all day morning and afternoon, once I’m back at work I will be mostly available afternoons and weekends but willing to make schedule changes I live in an apartment with a small fenced patio but will mostly be taking your fur baby out for walks and potty breaks, I currently do not have any other dogs or cats.

About: I have lived with pets all my life and have over 6 years of professional experience in all kinds of animals (including but not limited to) birds, reptiles, and amphibians. I have 1 green cheek conure, 1 desert tortoise, 2 cats, and 1 dog myself. I can medicate your animals, but also help with training, exercise, grooming, and other enriching or basic husbandry care. I’ve recently moved to Woodland to help my sister with her kids, which leaves me some time for myself but not enough for a full time job. That’s where pet sitting comes in for me. Animal care is an important thing to me, and I love to know I’m helping your pet live their best life. Most pets will be comfortable in their own home so I can make house trips at least twice a day, perhaps more depending on where you are located respective to me. About: I have always had a dog or some sort of animal around my home since I was a kid but know how difficult it can be to sometimes balance having adult responsibilities and take care of your pets, so I’m here to offer a way that you can have your life AND know your pet is always loved and cared for even when you’re away. I myself have a dog reactive dog and semi-stranger reactive dog so I am comfortable working with reactive dogs! My cat is now in remission but was diabetic so I am comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for diabetic pets. My history with caring for animals has been taking care of my own through a variety of things, and when staying with friends I have assisted them with their 13+ dogs along with other animals. I have worked in the veterinary field for a year at a large specialty GP/ER clinic so am familiar with health care for pets. I am very attentive to animals and am careful to notice anything out of the ordinary so you know your animal is in safe hands. In addition to my own dog and cat, I've also owned & cared for horses for 10+ years and have 4 snakes as well as arachnids if you find yourself needing care for more unique pets! I am a college student so have a slightly more flexible schedule & just have requirements to be able to care for my own dog, cat and horse but am able to add in your pets comfortably! I understand during drop in visits and walks you want to make sure your pets are getting maximized attention and energy requirements fulfilled and I am hear to do that for you!

About: I'm a lifelong animal lover and have cared for many dogs and cats. I have owned and provided care for both young and senior pets and those needing special care. Your cherished pets will get lots of TLC, affection and exercise, and I will care for them as if they were my own! I am retired and have a very flexible schedule to care for your cherished pets. I provide drop-ins, walks, daily, and overnight services in your home. I will provide lots of TLC for your cherished pets in your home. I will play with them, feed them, and meet all their needs, including special diets and needed medication. I will walk your dogs and take them to the dog park if you wish. I will diligently follow your instructions and guidance and will treat your pets as if they were my own.

About: I have three cats and one dog of my own! I’m used to all and any antics they can get up to. I’ve got a crazy routine for my pets, so no requests are too much for me :) Typically I am free in the morning or afternoon most days. My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. I like going at the dogs pace on walks whether that be sniffing around a bunch or taking a jog around the neighborhood until they get tired! I used to have a cat that required medication, so I’m familiar with giving pills and liquid meds to cats.

About: I worked as a behavioral tech for over a year where I learned all about behavioral training. I’ve had great success with my own dog at home. We have almost always had a dog in my house and know how important of a family member they are. I dog sit for several families when they go on vacation and have been doing this for about a year or so. My background is with children and have a lot of patience and love as a result! I am available full time as of right now. If this changes, I will update my availability ASAP. I wouldn’t be away from the home for very long most of the time. Any occasion where I would be away from the home for a significant amount of time, I would first make sure that the dog was completely cared for (fed, watered, pottied, and played with) before leaving. I will not be providing care in my own home. However, I do know of a dog park in the area as well as public parks for walks.

About: I had a golden retriver for 15 years, he was very much loved and well taken care of. I currently have one small rescue dog who is really spoiled and is living his best life, and a puppy golden girl who loves to play and cuddle(they live at my parents house since I’m away for college). For all 3 of my dogs I potty trained them, went on walks with them, bathed them regularly and was/still am aware of their needs and wants. I am currently enrolled at UC Davis but I have availability to take doggies in afternoon walks or dog sit them at my house for the night! I am currently living in a pet friendly apartment, pets would be allowed on my couch and bed. I would also clean them regularly and make sure they get enough treats!
