Great individual I have some pretty big pups Dogo’s and I had to travel last minute. I had him meet with me day before to introduce him to my dogs and see if they could feel does one another. He did a wonderful job and he took the eade right off of them. Will recommend and use again as needed.

About: I treat every pet like family and my own, giving patient, loving care. I’m experienced with puppies, adults, seniors, and pets who need extra attention, comfort, and reassurance. I recently graduated college with my nursing degree, and while I’m waiting to take my state licensing exam, pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine. I’ve grown up caring for family members’ pets, and pet sitting is something I truly enjoy and feel comfortable doing. I’m able to be flexible, attentive, and fully present with each pet’s needs during this time. I care for pets by following their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and secure. In my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, walks, feeding on schedule, and medication if needed. I keep a clean, calm environment and always prioritize safety, comfort, and individual needs, whether that means energetic play or quiet companionship.

Elise is collaborative, communicative, and amazing with my dog! Because she has so much experience with vet medical and dog training stuff, she had totally eased mine and my dog’s transition to a new city. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for more than a just a potty break walk around the block. She really cares about helping these animals become their best selves, and it’s lovely.

About: I’ve taken care of six dogs before coming onto Rover. I have experience walking dogs, feeding them, and taking care of dogs of different sizes. I work full-time as a closer at my current job, so I have free-time to be able to take care of animals anytime before 2pm most days. I can do 30 minute visits or longer — whatever you need for your fur baby. I graduated from UC Davis this year, so I’m trying to get hired in the environmental sector to start my career and begin a more typical work schedule. I have an apartment in Woodland where I spend time with my indoor cats. One of my cats is very friendly with people and other cats, but my other cat takes a while to get adjusted to people and other animals, so I only do visits at other people’s places. I treat client’s homes with care, and ensure I do not make any messes or overstep any boundaries.

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I’ve had my own dogs for many years and grew up around dogs, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. In addition, I did dog sitting for neighbors and families for several years when I was younger, helping with walking, feeding, and daily care. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs that need patience and clear routines, including leash training and behavioral challenges. Dogs are family members to me, and I always treat them with love, structure, and respect. I’m calm, patient, and attentive, and I make sure every dog feels safe and comfortable in my care. I’m very flexible and spend a lot of time at home. I work partly from home and partly in the office, but my schedule allows me to adapt easily to a dog’s needs. Dogs are rarely left alone, and I can adjust my routine to provide plenty of attention, walks, and companionship. Dogs in my care are treated like family. They are allowed to relax freely in my home, including on the couch. I live with two small dogs, so it’s important that visiting dogs are friendly and comfortable around other dogs. I do not accept aggressive dogs to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.

About: I’ve spent about 15 years around dogs through my family, friends, and roommates. I grew up with dogs and have always been the person who volunteers to walk them, play with them, and help care for them whenever I’m home or visiting family. Walking is especially important to me — dogs need exercise, stimulation, and time to experience their world, not just a quick potty break. I regularly walk family and friends’ dogs and spend a lot of time playing fetch and hanging out with my roommate’s dog. I have a calm, patient demeanor, and dogs tend to gravitate toward me because of it. I’m relaxed but attentive, firm when needed, and always focused on keeping dogs safe, exercised, and happy. I love to play, but I also know when a dog needs structure and consistency. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, which comes naturally from my background and career. Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and I treat every dog I care for like they’re my own. I’m currently a graduate student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to work from home much of the time. Because of that, I’m usually available during weekdays and evenings for walks, check-ins, and sitting. I build my day around a consistent routine and enjoy breaking it up with dog walks and playtime. I’m reliable about scheduling, punctual for visits, and happy to coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. Whether it’s a regular walk, a drop-in visit, or longer care, I make sure each dog gets attention, exercise, and calm, engaged care rather than feeling rushed. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, so pets can stay in the environment they know best. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, walking preferences, and any house rules. Safety is always my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure, keep dogs under close supervision on walks, and avoid situations that could put them at risk. I’m calm, attentive, and consistent, which helps dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. I respect my clients’ homes as much as their pets — I’m clean, reliable, and mindful of routines. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and check-ins so owners feel confident their pets are safe, cared for, and getting the attention they deserve.

About: I have always had a dog or some sort of animal around my home since I was a kid but know how difficult it can be to sometimes balance having adult responsibilities and take care of your pets, so I’m here to offer a way that you can have your life AND know your pet is always loved and cared for even when you’re away. I myself have a dog reactive dog and semi-stranger reactive dog so I am comfortable working with reactive dogs! My cat is now in remission but was diabetic so I am comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for diabetic pets. My history with caring for animals has been taking care of my own through a variety of things, and when staying with friends I have assisted them with their 13+ dogs along with other animals. I have worked in the veterinary field for a year at a large specialty GP/ER clinic so am familiar with health care for pets. I am very attentive to animals and am careful to notice anything out of the ordinary so you know your animal is in safe hands. In addition to my own dog and cat, I've also owned & cared for horses for 10+ years and have 4 snakes as well as arachnids if you find yourself needing care for more unique pets! I am a college student so have a slightly more flexible schedule & just have requirements to be able to care for my own dog, cat and horse but am able to add in your pets comfortably! I understand during drop in visits and walks you want to make sure your pets are getting maximized attention and energy requirements fulfilled and I am hear to do that for you!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I had my very first dog, Nemo who I trained to sit on command, and I learned the importance of socializing dogs with daily walks and other dogs as well. I learn from my second dog Princess to upkeep on their grooming services and keep up with their daily walks. And I know that the daily grind can sometimes wear on us pet parents, but thats why Im here, to help take care of your furry baby when you need a break whether it be with walks, house-sitting, or even just a treat or two. Pet - care fits into my weekend and Tuesday routines because I honestly love what I do when it comes to taking care of your furry babies. When Im not working, you could usually see me cuddling with my own dog, Princess on the couch. And I love fitting in my Saturday and Sunday mornings with a jog and a walk with her. For the more active dogs, an early morning run is one of my favorite ways to get our dog-sit date going! In my home, I currently have a fenced yard and a pool on the other side. I also have a two-story home so if your dog needs time adjusting to the new environment, I will most likely keep my dog upstairs until your pet is adjusted. I always like to ask the owners what kind of schedule they like to keep with their pets, and bringing something familiar like a treat or blanket. With cats, I do like going to their environment first and house-sit them first where they are familiar and comfortable. Please feel free to ask me any questions, thank you!

Since the start of the pandemic I started to take on more long term sitting seriously. my family has relied on me for pet sitting since I can remember and my friends know they can count on me. I take joy in providing care and affection for animals. I’m a homebody and taking care of your fur baby fits perfectly with my lifestyle. My partner is also with me and he loves to take active dogs with him on his jogs and workouts. We’re both huge animal lovers so we can always fit them into our routines. About: I have always had a passion for animals and it seems they’ve always been drawn to me! Growing up my mom owned a small pet sitting business. We took care of dogs, cats, birds, even an entire farm. Over the years of helping my mom and pet sitting on my own, I’ve gained plenty of knowledge and patience for all furry friends! I have my own small business as a licensed esthetician, so whenever I don’t have clients scheduled, I am totally free to play with your pets! I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a small yard that has public access. I live with my 3.5 year old male cat, but he is very tolerant of dogs! Pet friendly space for your furring friends to visit!

About: My whole life I’ve had animals ranging from dogs to cats, rabbits and more. I absolute adore animals and I love to get to know an animals personality. Every pet is unique in their behavior and qualities but one thing I know for sure is they can all be very silly. I have taken care of puppies/kittens up to senior pets. I have fostered for the past couple of years and every foster was a success with them finding homes. I have trained a couple of dogs basic tricks that were mainly from my family. Overall, I want to provide care and love for your pet! . have so much availability! I will always ask how long your pet can be left alone because there are times where I’d like to go to the store or I need to do a drop in but I will discuss my schedule with you to figure what is best for you and your furry one. Thank you! My ultimate goal is to provide comfort, care, and love towards your pet when needed. I love talking derpy pictures of your pets and send them to you. I always make sure they’re fed with the correct serving and time frames. If you have treats for your pets I love to give them treats and rewards and sometimes just because they’re being good pets. I love cuddle time and finding the right scratching your pet loves.

About: Hi, My name is Cristal and I have over 20 years of experience working with domestic and exotic animals. I have experience working as a vet tech for 7 years. I graduated as a B.S. Biology major from Sacramento State University. I enjoy the responsibility of caring for my dog Vuitton because he’s my greatest companion of all time. And I’d love for him to get extra treatment when I’m not home. Nonetheless, I know how important it is to know how he’s doing when I’m away. Lowers my anxiety if I see someone constantly giving me updates and will help my conscious from feeling bad if my dog is distracted with someone else. That’s what I do. Give your darlings love, attention, and FITNESS if allowed :) CURRENTLY ONLY: house sitting & check ins, for those owners who have pets that feel less anxious and more comfortable being cared for under their roof. About: I grew up with pets most of my life, and attended dog training classes with my mom starting at a young age. I have had my own pets the last 13 years (dogs, cat and bunny). I have trained and titled one of my dogs in AKC Rally and Waterworks ( something specific to my dogs breed), she is also a grand champion. I would be willing to help train puppies, even though I am not a certified trainer. I can also assist in training to loose leash walk, crate training, etc. Willing to do limited bathing and grooming for an additional fee, to be determined upon request, detailed request needed. I have been grooming my Portuguese water dogs most of my adult life, I have had to maintain a show quality coat. I'm not a professional groomer, but I know my way around clippers and scissors. I was recently laid off, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available pretty much anytime currently, weekdays and weekends.
