“Monica took great care in watching our cat. We greatly appreciate the candid photos and notes detailing her visits with him. He is typically a very shy and standoff with other people. We were happy to see him starting to open up more with her. Definitely will book her to watch him again.”

“Rachel did a great job taking care of Remy and spoiling him while we were away. Our pup is very timid and he did great with her. She also hauled in quite a few packages that arrived earlier than expected before they could get soaked with snow!”

“I have 3 dogs who are a handful! Katherine jumped right in and took on the challenge. I can tell she treats them well based on their reaction to her coming over. I also love the photos she takes for the rover cards!”

“Lisa was a great! We appreciated her detailed updates and photos. Our cat seemed to enjoy her company, and she was easy to communicate with. We would like to book with Lisa again next time we need a sitter.”

“Jessica was fantastic! She really listened to our concerns beforehand and took everything we said into account. She gave us detailed reviews for each visit and was friendly to both us and our pets. We will absolutely be hiring her for petsitting again!”

“Morgan was absolutely phenomenal! We have some older cats who require medication and she was a pro! Will definitely be reaching out again the next time we leave town.”

“Our pup LOVES Kassy! She has been amazing with her even as she goes through her teething phase, follows our routine and shows up on time. Our cat also loves Kassy which is big bonus points because he doesn’t like anyone but us!”

“Troy helped us out in a pinch today and was able to add an additional drop-in at the last minute. Our golden retriever has a mind of her own and he successfully navigated her routine. I will definitely contact Troy again.”

“Emily was great! She was consistent with her times checking on our kitties, sent tons of pictures, and even got our shy cat to make some biscuits for her! We’d love to have her watch our kitties again :)”

“Molly was so great with our dog! She was a great communicator and even let me book last minute! She took a ton of pictures of Redford and gave me a very detailed report. Highly recommend!”
About: Hello! My name is Sarah, but I go by Sam. Thank you so much for your consideration! Ever since I was a child, I’ve always loved having pets. There was hardly a time when I didn’t have some kind of companion in my life. Growing up, I had a variety of different pets, but most of my experience is with dogs, cats, birds, and rodents! However, I love all kinds of creatures (I’ve even had tarantulas)! These days, my boyfriend and I share an Aussie named Newman that we love to spoil. I’m a former doggy daycare attendant and dog groomer, so I have some experience handling pets of varying energy levels and temperaments. I also have some experience with pets that have special needs. This is my only job and my main source of income (I do sometimes volunteer my free time with Iowa Bird Rehabilitation doing transport), so when I’m sitting your pup, I’m sitting FULL TIME! It’s something I enjoy doing, and I’ve found that I get the most joy out of spending time taking care of client’s pets. Some day I do hope to go to school for something animal behavior or social service related, but I’m still trying to figure that out! I’m very understanding and adaptable to whatever schedule you’ve got set for your pets, so that they still have the sense of security that comes from having a routine! During house sittings, I ALWAYS offer overnight care to ensure your pets have someone to spend time with them around the clock. I always keep a close eye when at home with pets to ensure nothing goes awry, and I always make sure they are safely secured if they need to be left alone for a period of time. Water is always made available unless otherwise specified. I love to spoil pets with treats when I can but I’m very good at following instructions if they have a strict diet, physical limitations, medications, etc.
“While I ultimately had to unfortunately cancel my trip with extremely short notice, I was really impressed with Sarah’s communication, quick response time, and willingness to help me out with a last minute booking. :) I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again and hope to utilize her help in the future.”

“Krystal is absolutely amazing! Our dog Nova is scared of all strangers. Krystal was so patient and kind to Nova and was able to gain her trust. I highly recommend Krystal to anyone needing someone to care for their dog!!”

About: Hi, I am Raelyn! I work for my sister’s business, HoneyK9 Training in Minnesota, and recently graduated college at Drake University! I have taken care of many animals through drop ins, house sitting, and walks. I have been relied on to feed, exercise, and love on the animals I am watching! I have a full time job and I work part time in the weekends! I always have some extra time that I would love to be spending with animals At home, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I recently just adopted a cat! In my clients home if I am doing a drop in, I will make sure the dog gets let out at least 2 times before I leave, feed them if I am instructed to, and give them love. For house sitting, I have had a schedule where I can leave the house for my job, not for past a certain amount of hours, I make sure the dog is getting outside and getting fed. For walks, I have typically done 30 minute walks, making sure the dog goes potty, and is getting their exercise in for the walk!
“Nejra was great. She was on time, friendly, had great communication, took great pictures. Most importantly, I came home to happy, healthy dogs. Thanks so much. Highest recommendations.”

About: We always had dogs growing up. I’ve had my own dog for 4 years. I love being around dogs and want to show yours as much love as I show my own. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m also available for overnight boarding depending on the night and weekends. Just ask if I’m available! I have a fenced in backyard. Your dog is welcome on beds and furniture. My house and property is very dog friendly for all types.

“Traci was absolutely amazing! Very attentive to my fur babies, went the extra mile and always made sure they were comfortable and loved. Would highly recommend and will be using her services in the future. Best experience I've had by far!”

I can’t say enough good things about Jenea. I had a health emergency and was admitted to the hospital. I contacted her very short notice and she stepped right in to help me out with my kitty. Not only did she take care of my kitty while I was in the hospital, she brought my trash can in from the curb and brought my mail in. She was a godsend in my time of need. I highly recommend her to take care of your fur baby!

This was our first time using Rover. The entire process was simple, easy and the match with Jackson and our girls was great. Normally, I worry when they go to the kennel for the weekend and wondering if they get the outside time. Jackson sent pictures of our girls each visit and gave amazing updates. We will absolutely be having Jackson come back.
