About: I have well over 24 years caring for dogs. I believe a house isn't a home without a dog. We (me and my family) lost our dog, Teddy, about 11/2 years ago. It has been very hard living without him. I still look for him at the door whenever I come home. We are still heartbroken from his passing. Someday we hope to find the courage to love again. Until then we want to love on all the doggies that come to stay and play with us. When your dog is here he/she is part of our family. Eric was amazing. My cats fell in love with him right away. He provided detailed updates with tons of cute pictures so I knew they were in good hands. He was incredibly accommodating to my requests on times, feeding schedules etc. My cats are messy and when I came home there was absolutely nothing out of place, so I know Eric went above and beyond to make sure our arrival back home was stress free. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
