We were truly lucky to have Dawn as our cat sitter for nine days while we were traveling outside of the US. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely cared for Boogie and Ollie and treated them as if they were her own. She followed all of our detailed instructions carefully and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. I know it can be challenging to care for pets in someone else's home, especially when there are many little routines and preferences to remember, but Dawn did a fantastic job. Ashly was so kind & caring towards our elderly kitties while we were away. She stopped in twice a day to visit and give medications - they were definitely spoiled by the special attention!
