About: My grandfather was a veterinarian for 50 years. I fortunately got to grow up living with them & was able to see animals of all ages, shapes & sizes. I don’t think there was a day where I wasn’t with him at the office “helping” out (scooping poop and cleaning kennels). In my own adult life, i have 4 of my own animals who I treat better than myself 🤣 i love them to pieces and always do my best to ensure their needs are met. You can expect me to do the same for you! My 17 yr old man Tiger has some extra care needs so I am 100% comfortable with doing extra care needs for your animals. I’m a social worker that is able to make her schedule most weeks. I work from home a few days a week and am able to make a flexible schedule. You can trust me to provide for your animals as I provide for my own. About: I’ve taken care of family and friends dogs growing up. When I was in college I worked at a doggy day care where I took care of multiple dogs, including feeding, taking them on walks, and giving them lots of love. If they needed any special attention such as medication, I did that as well. I am available most weekends, Friday - Sunday, to watch your fur baby. Friday’s around 5PM work best for me and can watch them until Sunday evening as well. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood where I have a yard and lots of space to take them on walks. I ensure that there is nothing unsafe in my home that a dog can get into. I will make sure to give all my attention to your loved one :)

About: I’ve always been around cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve mastered the process of giving medications. I’ve volunteered in a shelter some years ago and I learned a lot while I was there. I’ve trained all of my current and past pets and even helped some friends with theirs. I craft my own pet food in my kitchen to ensure all nutrients are available to them. I take pet health to a very serious level! Currently, I’m just in school So I have plenty of time. I’m available Mon- sun at 10am, 3pm, and anytime after 5pm! Friday is the only day that I’m available at 11am rather than 10am but I’m free for the day after 11am. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. I take time to learn their personality, feeding schedule, litter habits, and any specific needs before caring for them. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is left clean and secure. I’m also attentive to doors, windows, plants, and anything else a curious pet could get into. I give pets plenty of attention and playtime while also respecting them when they need space. If they need medication or any extra care, I’m comfortable handling that as well.

We love having Brad take care of our dogs when we are away in the summer. He does everything he is supposed to and more! He checks in regularly, sends pictures, we added a dog this year and he came over to meet them beforehand and find out what would be new. He even changed our smoke alarm battery because our dog was terrified of it beeping! The dogs love him too.
We are so thankful for Lucy! She was available last minute to check in on our golden retriever while we were out of town. Lucy went above and beyond for a simple drop in visit - walking Saylor around to explore/potty, feeding her dinner (even her pre-dinner trick ritual haha), giving her plenty of water breaks, playing with her inside too, etc. This was our first Rover experience and we are so glad it was with Lucy, the peace of mind is priceless. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
