I’m comfortable caring for energetic dogs who love to play as well as older dogs who may need a calmer environment and extra patience. As a pet lover, I treat every animal as if they were my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special needs your pet may have. I also make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while keeping their environment clean and safe. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, so I prioritize communication by providing regular updates and photos throughout my visits or stay. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet by treating them with the same care and love I would give my own animals.

We are so thankful for Lucy! She was available last minute to check in on our golden retriever while we were out of town. Lucy went above and beyond for a simple drop in visit - walking Saylor around to explore/potty, feeding her dinner (even her pre-dinner trick ritual haha), giving her plenty of water breaks, playing with her inside too, etc. This was our first Rover experience and we are so glad it was with Lucy, the peace of mind is priceless. We 1000% recommend her and will be requesting her next time!
I have known Lucy since she was a little girl. Her love of animals is unmatched. She has an amazing heart and is dedicated to whatever job she has. You will not only be leaving your pet in loving care, but you can also trust that she will take care of them and your home, if needed. Lucy has high integrity, is kind, loving, and hardworking- you can count on her! We have hired her in the past and will continue to do so!
I’ve known Lucy for over 5 years and I have gotten to see first hand the love she holds for pets. Her dog Sully was a huge light in her life that she never forgot about no matter how far away she was for college. She even has a pillow with him printed on it. She’s also taken great care of my cats and treats them with the love they deserve. Lucy is responsible, caring, hardworking, and an animal lover. You won’t find someone better than her to trust to care for your animals.
We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Teddy, Luna, and our cats were all so well taken care of while we were away. The updates and pictures meant so much to us, and it was obvious they were getting lots of love and attention. Thank you for treating our furry babies like your own Lucy, we'll definitely be booking with you again!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I work part-time and have a flexible schedule. As someone who’s new to the area, I’m excited to make connections within the community while doing something I genuinely love. I enjoy being outdoors rain or shine, so daily walks, playtime, and exercise are something I look forward to. Whether your pet is energetic and adventurous or prefers a slower pace, I’m happy to adapt to their needs and routine.
