About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since 2005 my parents had 3 ridgbacks and I haven't known a time when im not the guy to watch someone's beloved animal! I work out of my garage and am home based and will have lots of time for your animals in my house and fenced in yard Large fenced in yard, I have cats but they have rooms to hide if your dog doesn't like cats, I have a bloodhound that loves to play with others and is a sweet boy and sleeps about 22 hours a day 🤣

In high school I volunteered regularly at a local animal shelter, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I later worked as an assistant dog trainer, where I learned to read canine body language, encourage healthy play, and build trust through calm, confident handling. Whether I’m caring for one pet or an entire household, I believe great pet care is about more than feeding and potty breaks. I pay attention to routines, behavior, enrichment, and the little details that help pets feel safe while you’re away. I also keep an eye on your home, bring in packages, water plants if requested, and communicate with plenty of updates so you can truly relax while you’re gone. About: I’ve grown up with dogs but more recently have been watching friends and families dogs (including a young lab puppy). Tell me everything about them so I can make them feel more comfortable! No detail is too small. My weekdays and weekends are very flexible for walks and/or check-ins. Please see my schedule for booking—multiple visits per day is no problem for me. I'm a teacher and a lifelong animal lover with a flexible summer schedule, which means I'm home and fully available to give your pets the time, attention, and care they deserve while you are away. I've owned and cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from small breeds to large dogs, and I'm comfortable with a wide variety of needs and personalities. Our current fur baby family members include Mya, a 13-year-old lab/hound mix, and Mercury, a 3-year old kitty (who thinks he is a dog).
