“Sunaina was great with Loki! He had such a great time with her and her family. She sent us many pictures and updates periodically of him during his time with them. She listened to our instructions on his allergies and food timing, and took him out for walks. We were super happy that he was happy! Definitely will book again when we are back in the area!”

About: I became a puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind right around 2000. It was a great program to help me stay in tune. My favorite take away - your emotions travel through the leash. It reminded me to stay focused on my 4-legged guy when we walked especially. I stayed a sitter for the non-profit even when I wasn't raising. I currently work FT - most days remote. My routine with my own was a morning walk to the entrance of the neighborhood (15-20 min). Mid-morning and mid-afternoon of just the street (~10 min). And a longer after dinner walk (~30 min.). And a night-night walk before turning in. I am currently without a furbaby, so yours would be my focus. I have a gated back deck we could hang on nice days. Leash walks throughout the day.
“Latoya was very sweet and prompt with her responding. She helped my dog who’s very anxious to feel calm which put me at ease. Would definitely recommend Latoya and use her again for services!”
“Claudia is great with my little fur baby! She spends extra time with him and is very gentle with him. I can tell that he enjoys her company. I can tell that she is well educated when it comes to dealing with animals and has even taken the time to teach me some tricks and tips as I am a first time dog owner with crazy long hours at work. I will definitely be using her services frequently.”

About: I’ve grown up with German Shepherds and an American Bully. I have taken care of a senior dog and puppies for weeks at a time. As well as frequent dog walkings. I am a graduated college student with a break before physical therapy school begins. I have many available times throughout the week. Very flexible with your needs. I have a yard and a walking path nearby. I have no pets in the home so your pet will get my full attention. In your home I will be able to take care of your pet as well as keeping your home tidy.
“Lauren is very flexible and understanding and really great with Chai! Great with updates and giving Chai lots of opportunities to potty and exercise. Chai also gets along great with Lauren’s own pups!”

“Mutig was so happy when we picked him up! I have been nervous about where to leave him during a vacation we have coming up, but I was put at ease after this stay. She sent so many happy pictures of Mutig and Quincy playing and sent me updates of how he was doing. Yvonne and her husband were very caring. She fed the dogs separately, took them out often, and showed a lot of care. We are so glad we found her to have piece of mind that we are leaving Mutig in good hands when we cant be there!”

“Susan was great with Rupie! She was very communicative and texted us updates throughout the day which really put us at ease. You can tell she has a lot of experience with animals and Rupie was quickly comfortable with her. I would definitely book with Susan again!”

About: I can definitely relate to the stress caused by taking out the suitcases when it comes to your pets. Those sad eyes! Or maybe you have the occasional extra-long day at work or away from home, and just want the peace of mind that comes with knowing the dog was able to go out, get some attention, and eat at his normal time. I also know what a relief it is to find a reliable and caring pet sitter - especially one who goes the extra mile to make sure you can spend your time away from home knowing the animals are well cared for. I’d love to meet you and your dog(s) and/or cat(s) ahead of time, but life happens - so I am available on short notice as well. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am happy to consider any special needs your pets might have, dietary, meds, etc. I live in Newark, DE & currently have lots of flexibility in my days to accommodate your needs for drop in visits or walking. You can usually find me outside and I’m often taking a walk - with my cat in his stroller! (He loves it!) I’d love to give your pup some exercise on my next walk. And I’m all his during our outings :) Just tell me what you need me to do! Let me know anything to be aware of, likes/dislikes, if you’d like photos while you’re away… basically I will treat your fur-baby the same way I would want a sitter to treat mine.
“We made a very last-minute request, but Jonathan responded immediately, willing to help. He was extremely easy to communicate with, and kept us up to date on what our little beagle was doing with his two adorable corgis during her six-hour stay. Next time we are in his area and need a sitter, we will definitely contact him.”
“I don't know where to start lol. I was nervous about leaving my 5 month old puppy for the day, because this is my first time ever using a sitter. All the pics and videos reassured me Penni was being well taken care of and having a great time socializing with the other dogs! The way Penni interacted with Joseph showed me how happy and comfortable she was & I love it! I'm happy to say, I found my go to sitter! Will definitely be using Joseph's services going forward. Thank you Joseph for all that you do!!”

“Candice is a wonderful doggie caretaker. She was very attentive and patient with my fur baby, who is very needed and spoiled. I will be looking to have my fur baby do another stay soon. Thanks Candice!”

About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats—and have taken great pleasure in doing so—since I was a kid. I’ve also had a chameleon and turtles, and am always eager to learn! I am currently unemployed and have ample time to walk your pups, host them at my house, and more! I lost my own dog earlier this year and have boundless love and care ready for the pets of my community! I live in a house with a large backyard (unfenced). I also love taking long walks and have been missing the company of a fur baby when going! If crate trained, you will need to provide a crate.
“Courtney was great with our dog! We needed to find a sitter last minute and she was happy to help out. She was quick to respond to everything, provided updates throughout the day, and kept our dog in great care. Would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve cared for the pets of friends and family for many years, and I’d love to offer my help with your precious friends too! I currently have a Bassett hound/springer spaniel mix named Moody Blues, but enjoy dogs of all sizes and even the sassiest cats! This is currently my main job, so ensuring my flexibility for you is priority! I look forward to working with you to make sure your pets are cared for. I love to visit and take care of friends! For dogs, we can walk, play at home, I can bring Moody Blues if your dog would enjoy visits, and I’m happy to take care of any cleanups or feedings as well. For my cat friends, I’m happy to take care of the same things, with offers of cuddles and lap time in place of the walks for the indoor kitties.
