“What a wonderful, stress-free experience we had with LaToya! Our sweet little dog is a bit on the anxious side, she's almost 11, but still becomes pretty nervous on the way to the groomer and vet. She's slow to warm up to new people, but surprisingly, she immediately took to LaToya! This literally has never happened, so I knew right away that it was a match made in heaven! LaToya was incredibly responsive, shared pics daily and provided updates about our little one's adjustment process and her week. Leaving our dog with LaToya felt like leaving her with family. About: We brought home our 1st puppy when our eldest daughter was 8 weeks old. Everything since then has been easy! Currently have an 8yr old Golden Retriever with a fenced in backyard. Each of our grown children took in a dog or puppy once they had their own homes. We have had cats, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs over the years. I'm recently semi-retired and my daughters have used Rover for their dogs in far away states. I thought it would be a nice way to give our dog a playmate every once in a while. We have a large fenced in yard which your dog can run around or hangout with our dog if they'd like. Our house is split level so there could be 6 stairs at time to go up & down. I love to walk our dog & listen to books or podcasts.

About: Absolutely love animals! My neighbors and friends relied on me to take care of their animals. I also have my own animal and definitely want more! I’m currently a student at UD but basically have a part time schedule (tuesdays and thursdays) so most of my days are very flexible for taking care of your animal! About: I’ve taken cause of cats of family members and friends! I would watch over my cousins cat when they were away and I would feed them, change the litter box, and play with them. I have been around cats a lot with my friends as well, so I know how to play, handle, and care for them. I am definitely more experienced with dogs, but I am able to care for cats too!

About: I have grown up with pets since I was a baby. I have always had large dogs, such as rottweilers and pitbulls, and as an adult I have owned small dogs and cats as I live in an apartment. My sister is a vet technician, so I have some secondhand knowledge on medical care for animals of all types. I am currently unemployed so I am available any time, any day for care. I have my own transportation so traveling to your home for your pet is no problem at all. I always make sure any animals I adopt get along and have no tension before I leave them alone. If I feel any animals cannot be left unsupervised, I keep them in a secure location, such as a large kennel or a room with a closed door whenever I need to leave. I always make sure to monitor their eating habits and adjust their diets accordingly. I never feed my animals anything I do not research thoroughly beforehand to ensure they are getting the best quality food possible.
About: i have experience cat sitting as well dog sitting. I have my own dog who is now 15 years old that i take care of as well as take on walks! I live workin with all animals cats and dogs! I am a college student at the university of delaware. I usually have time in between classes to take walks for dogs or even stop in quick to let them out for the bathroom or for feedings! About: I haven’t taken care of dogs professionally but I have always had a deep love for dogs. I have owned an American Bully and English Bulldog on my own and have had multiple family dogs growing up. Having my own dogs, I have gone through the process of training two different types of temperaments and am looking forward to engaging/learning about more! I currently work from home as an accountant M-F. I have the flexibility to leave and return as needed. I could take my laptop if I needed to be around for an extended amount of time. Otherwise, I have the ability to use my flexibility to be present. I have an open living room setup and an English bulldog of my own to keep them company as well. We go on multiple walks a day and I make sure to try and exert the energy of whatever dog I am with at the time (so they don’t have much time to miss their parents 😂). I have room to crate the dogs if needed and also a pet camera that helps with monitoring.

We have a large fenced in yard which your dog can run around or hangout with our dog if they'd like. Our house is split level so there could be 6 stairs at time to go up & down. I love to walk our dog & listen to books or podcasts.

“Beth was absolutely phenomenal! I'm from Iowa and had to come to New England for a wedding and to pick up my new puppy. However, I couldn't meet the breeder within his business hours. So, I found Beth. She took on the big adventure of picking up my puppy for me, holding her overnight, sending me a ton of pictures, and then meeting me at the airport to give her to me. I takes a enormous amount of trust for a task like this, and Beth was AMAZING. I could not recommend Beth more!! You can rest assured that your pets will be in the best care possible with Beth. If I lived closer, I would definitely use her services again!”

About: Absolutely love animals! My neighbors and friends relied on me to take care of their animals. I also have my own animal and definitely want more! I’m currently a student at UD but basically have a part time schedule (tuesdays and thursdays) so most of my days are very flexible for taking care of your animal! I have a spacious place and a cat to keep your animal socialized. He is very friendly and likes to play and cuddle up all the time.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and I’ve raised my Labrador from a tiny puppy to the sweet senior she is today. Caring for her through every stage—training, high energy years, and now her slower senior days has given me hands on experience with all kinds of needs and personalities. I’ve also cared for multiple dogs at once and have handled overnight stays with up to six dogs for several days at a time. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, or just keeping everyone calm and happy, I’m comfortable managing a busy, furry household. I am currently a college student with a very flexible schedule. I would love to be able to help people out in my free time, whether that be just letting a dog out or taking them for a walk. I am completely available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until four. Even outside of these three days I have a lot of flexibility! I care for other people’s animals as if they are my own. I am a huge dog lover and always have enjoyed caring for them and spending time with them. I am more than happy to accommodate to any animals needs and would go out of my way to follow people’s requests for their fur babies!
