I currently have a Bassett hound/springer spaniel mix named Moody Blues, but enjoy dogs of all sizes and even the sassiest cats! This is currently my main job, so ensuring my flexibility for you is priority! I look forward to working with you to make sure your pets are cared for. I love to visit and take care of friends! For dogs, we can walk, play at home, I can bring Moody Blues if your dog would enjoy visits, and I’m happy to take care of any cleanups or feedings as well. For my cat friends, I’m happy to take care of the same things, with offers of cuddles and lap time in place of the walks for the indoor kitties.

About: Dogs have always had a special place in my heart and require a lot of patience and attention. I have over five years of experience within dog sitting and in my care, they will be loved, respected, and given the enrichment they properly deserve! I'm currently working part-time with plenty of availability during the week! My flexibility allows me to properly care for all the needs of your pet! At my apartment we have a trail that is great for walking pets and in close proximity within my complex. It's perfect for walking your pet(s) and a great place to decompress! About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. We have previously owned dogs who were flight risks so we have been conditioned to keep an eye out, keep doors closed, etc. We have a big fenced-in yard and have a little indoor gate/fence that we use in the house if need be to secure a hallway, etc.

About: I’m a true dog enthusiast who was the primary caregiver for my German Shepherd, Jax, for almost 9 years until he passed away last year. During that time, I handled every aspect of his daily life—long walks in any weather, scheduled feeding, plenty of play and exercise (he loved fetch!), grooming, basic training, vet appointments, and showering him with affection. Jax was a big, energetic boy with a strong personality, so I’m very comfortable managing high-energy breeds, leash pulling, setting boundaries, and keeping routines consistent for a happy, well-behaved dog. Though I don’t have a dog of my own right now, that deep experience has only strengthened my passion for caring for pups. I usually just need to take my daughter to and from school. On weekends I am mostly home as well. I have a very big fence yard that I can play with your dog. He can lay down on my deck to soak some sun. I live in a safe neighborhood where I can take him for walks . Or I can cuddle him on my couch watching tv. He will receive all the attention he needs.

About: I’ve been enjoying helping my kids care for their dogs and cats creating a strong bond while having so much fun with their dogs and cats. I have a flexible schedule to care for pets while providing a safe environment to stay in and keep to their schedule like their own parents with me. I have a fenced yard under my supervision and have fun playing with my own pets! About: I’m a devout animal lover with two dogs of my own and one cat. Caring for animals is truly one of my favorite joys in life! My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. My senior dog recently passed from a rare lung cancer so I’m experienced in delivering oral medication, round the clock care and attention, and moving at their pace. Your baby will be well taken care of. I work remote so I am able to give your dog lots of love and attention throughout the day. Your dog will be able to take potty breaks every two hours in the fenced-in yard and spend time outside. We typically go for walks in the early morning and late evening. My Rover calendar is updated daily so that I can support any urgent needs, when available. Boarding & Daycare: My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home! I only board one dog at a time so that I can give them adequate, individualized attention all throughout the day. You will not find a sitter in Wilmington that is as attentive as I am. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. Drop-in visits & Walks: I‘ll take my time getting to know your dog and make sure they’re comfortable with me being there. I like to sit with them for a few minutes before and after each walk to feel out their energy levels. On walks, I recognize that this is their social time so I go at their pace and let them get plenty of sniff time. I am very respectful of your home and will follow your instructions closely.

About: I been taking care of dogs for many years. Love taking them on walks/runs. Love seen them run around in the backyard with my own dog. I work 8 hour days but I take them out for walks before I leave and when I come home we ether go outback and play or walk/run. The care a provided is a loving environment. And playful one. I make sure they have thier food on time and plenty of water for after walks and runs.
