Before we left Indy had a cut on his foot that required him to wear a bag on his foot and to be wiped with medicine after returning inside. Since this happened the day before we left we didn’t really have a chance to get him used to the process. Matt went above and beyond to care for Indys paw injury and kept us updated. I was in a pinch as a loved one unfortunately passed, leaving me on a time crunch to find a sitter for a funeral. My dog is recovering from eye surgery which initially made me nervous about putting him in someone else’s care. From other reviews, I could instantly tell that Jesse would be the perfect fit, and I could not be happier with the outcome! Jesse went above and beyond with excellent communication, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a relaxed demeanor. My dog and Jesse instantly got along, Jesse was ready to jump right in! I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in great hands, an understatement. Jesse was so awesome that I’m thinking of planning some vacations, I won’t have to even think twice about who to go to for watching my little pup. My dog's immediately liked Sam when she first came to meet them! The pictures and videos she sent while we were away showed me just how happy and comfortable they were with her. Heather is truly wonderful. She is incredibly attentive to our kiddos and very thoughtful towards us and our home. When you love your animal(s) and if they have special needs or medicines etc it can be hard sometimes to enjoy getting out into the world if you don’t have someone like her to take care of them for you. My wife and I realized on our last overnight sit that we weren’t in the slightest stressed about being away, which is a testament to the great care and communication that Heather provides as a pet sitter. What a gift to find someone who loves dogs as much as I do! Our pup, Flo, took to Tara instantly. The two of them hung out like old friends, watching the Phillies game together while Mom and Dad finally got a worry-free night out. It was a great relief knowing Flo was happy, relaxed, and in great hands. Tara has that special intuition with animals that you just can’t teach. We can’t wait to have her back! 🐾
