Our family took an impromptu mini vacation and Roseanna helped us out through the whole process. Communication was a breeze and she made us and Rome feel so comfortable in her home. She kept me up to date on his wellbeing through texts and sent pics of Rome throughout our vacation. Roseanna has a plenty of helpers for caring for your animals! Isaiah quickly made a plan to come over and meet my 3 Maine Coon Cats. He asked all of the right questions, things I didn't even think of. We made a plan for next month, but when a last minute weekend trip came up, Isaiah was right there for us. He sent Great Pics of our kitties and I could tell they were very comfortable with him. When we've left the kitties all alone for 48 hours once before, it took days for them to relax into their regular personalities after we returned. Not the case when Isaiah cared for them. They were chill and happy, as usual. I know that he cared for them and gave them lots of pets and brushes. Isaiah is a Top Notch and Trustworthy Caregiver.”

“A few days before our international trip, we stumbled across the Rover site. It was serendipitous, as was our luck in finding Amber. She was everything we wanted in someone who would be in our home and taking care of our cats. She is professional, organized, smart, hardworking, down to earth, and considerate. When we met for our consultation, we were very impressed with her, as well as very reassured by how receptive she was to our needs and situation. We were gone 16 days, and she kept in daily contact with us, providing updates and photos and videos. She went above and beyond, handling our worries thoughtfully and treating our cats as a as though they were her own. Our cats are indoor/outdoor, and Amber was flexible with her schedule so as to try to be in sync with their patterns, in addition to her other obligations. She offered our cats shelter, food and water, treats and playtime, cuddles and reassurance. And in doing so, she gave us tremendous peace of mind. When our one cat would go exploring for extended periods, Amber was mindful to track her adventures. She even took the initiative to look for her if to much time has passed since T had come home. Amber also checked in with us about the house and property, and made a great impression on my dad and sister (who came by and appreciated her efforts too). We can verify that our cats took to her as well, as we had cameras set up and saw how responsive they were to her! :) One of our biggest challenges taking this trip was what we were going to do about our cats (this was our first time away since we adopted them and we know our situation is a little unusual). We are so very grateful to have discovered Rover, and we are 100% going to book Amber and to recommend Amber, wholeheartedly, for future plans.”

“I’m just not sure where to start to express my LOVE FOR LIZZY!!!!❤️❤️❤️I was new to Roover and my furbaby Zeus had never been outside of his home without me😩. Lizzy calmed my anxiety so well. She was so warm and inviting and even allowed for us to do a brief meeting a few weeks before our boarding time was set to start. Zeus absolutely loves Lizzy…. She took care of my baby for 5 days. “Armani was great. Raven-Pepper has a pretty extensive feeding regimen, but she was able to follow it very well. She also kept me up-to-date on how Raven-Pepper was doing. On whether or not she ate and all the walks she took. If I am in the area again, I would definitely book with her again.”
