My wife is Japanese, and when I randomly found Yuiko I felt a real sense of destiny — especially since our trip was to Japan! We’re never without our dog, Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale, but bringing him to Japan was too complicated because of all the regulations. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to take this trip if it weren’t for Yuiko. She sent us 10–15 pictures a day, and as a result I never once had a single concern during the entire two weeks. She and her kids showed so much love and attention to Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale — it was amazing. She even picked him up and dropped him off! I truly can’t imagine ever using another dog sitter again. Armani was wonderful with Java Chip! She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, followed all care instructions perfectly, and made Java Chip feel right at home in a clean, safe environment. Greatly appreciate Veronica for taking care of our big oaf of a dog. This is the first time we have had to leave him and so all of the updates, photos and responses to questions were really reassuring during our time away.
