Information Lauren M. would like to know about your pet
It's important for owners to disclose any relevant information about their pet, such as any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or behavioral issues. Owners should also provide information about their pets daily routine, including feeding and/or walking schedules. Additionally, it's important to share veterinary contact information in case of an emergency. By sharing this information to me, owners can ensure that their pet will receive the best possible care and that the pet-sitting experience is a positive one for everyone involved. Note for potential boarders: It’s very important that any dog that stays in my home is dog and child friendly.
A typical day
I tailor each visit to the pet’s preferences, whether that means playing, cuddling, watching the world go by from a favorite window spot, or enjoying time in the yard. I focus on what makes them happiest and love spending time getting to know their unique personalities.

Experienced Veterinary Technician
Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Lauren, a dedicated pet sitter with over 10 years of experience in the animal care field. I have a degree in veterinary technology and have worked in various roles, including at animal shelters, veterinary practices, and pet sitting. Now, I’m lucky enough to do what I love full-time through Rover! I provide in-home care for small dogs and offer drop-in visits for both cats and dogs. My schedule is flexible, and I strive to accommodate what works best for you and your pet. With my veterinary background, I can offer extra care for pets that need it, including medication administration such as insulin. Senior animals hold a special place in my heart—I’ve fostered and adopted many, including my 14-year-old chihuahua—but I also enjoy spending time with pets of all ages, from playful puppies to curious kittens. I take pride in providing a safe, loving, and comfortable experience for every pet in my care. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members. Thank you for considering me for your pet care needs!
Reviews

Lauren has checked in on my two cats multiple times now and has always done a great job! She’s communicative and consistently reliable.

Lauren watched my senior dog 5 nights while we were away on vacation. She did a great job with communication and I had no worries that my pup was in good hands. I have a feeling my pup enjoyed the attention from the other (human) family members as well, just like home.

Lauren was amazing for our two kitties! One needs a little extra care - he has a pill and a liquid medication he needs to take and Lauren was able to give him his medication with ease! She updated me as to when she was going to head over and even brought a toy for them to play with. Definitely will rebook!

Lauren was great! She took excellent care of our girl while we were out of town, providing a nice constant for a cat with a typical routine. Kiki warmed up to Lauren with each additional visit, giving us a great peace of mind that Kiki was in very caring and capable hands.
