About: I grew up with mutts and shepherds and Labradors. I continued to adopt a black, yellow and fox red Labradors and a Malinois over the years. I raised my mom’s Wheaton terrier puppy and potty trained until it was cleared to be around her senior Border terrier. I have a friend with a Walker Treeing Coonhound that we frequently have stay with us. I house sit for my brother and SIL who have had 3 Great Danes several cats and now have an Airedale Terrier and 2 Ocicats. I was a preschool teacher for many many years. I have retired and am looking for activities to fill my time. I love being outdoors on sunny days with my dog, Rainbow while we watch our yard full of birds, squirrels and chipmunks. I live on an acre of mostly flat, fully fenced in yard. My dog and cat are very friendly and don’t mind other animals in our home. I do have crates but have never really needed to use them with all the time we spend with our dogs. If we were to house another dog, we are able to contain the dog on one floor or just in a tiled room with direct access and o the fenced in yard.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was very little as I always had a special bond with dogs. I went to a tech school for veterinary science where we were trained in many things, one of which being nail trimming. I can also assist in training puppies, but I am not a professional trainer. I am currently in college with a part time job. I can stay over the weekend if needed or a couple days during the week. I can walk your dog in the afternoon or evening depending on what works with your schedule. I only have classes 2 days a week where I would be able to let your dog out between my classes if that is what was needed. My schedule is very flexible! I do not do boarding in my home, but your pet will have the comfort of remaining in their safe place at home. I will give updates on how your pet is doing whenever you want them or if you just want to check up on them.
