Second time using Emily and she is absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be going to her first whenever our girls need some love and care while we're gone.

Emily was not a good fit for my needs. When I booked her she shared she had an inservice to attend today 6-25 from 8-12. I hired another dog sitter to cover those hours because I do not leave my dogs crated for hours on end. Upon her return, a few hours later she left again, saying she needed to go home and drop off some things, take care of her own dog (no mention of this when I hired her), and eat dinner, this was never communicated to me. When I returned home this evening, she was outside near her car, my dogs were barking in the house and she had her sister with her at my house, she never asked nor did she tell me she was doing that. She claimed I was supposed to be home earlier, which is true but that still does not give her the right to bring someone to my home without asking me. She said she stayed in the car. The entire time she was at my house she was crating my dogs for 2-3 hours at a time, at least twice a day; she never communicated when she was leaving or when she would return. I had to ask, sometimes she responded, other times she did not. Last night 6-24, while I was away on my vacation supposed to be enjoying myself at the concert I went away to see, she crated my dogs from 6:30-10 pm. I have a doggie camera and while I was supposed to be enjoying myself, I was getting notifications of my dogs barking and going crazy in the crate. When I messaged her to see what was happening, she claimed she needed to pick her sister up from work. I am certain that does not take almost 4 hours. I asked when she would be back and she ignored all my messages for the rest of the night. My house was really hot upon entry this evening, she turned the air to 78 degrees, torture for my dogs with heavy coats. This was really quite the disaster, stressful, and not a good experience. I will not be using Emily again and do not recommend her.

Emily was absolutely amazing. Came home to a happy puppy and cat!

Emily is a loving, helpful person who enjoys caring for animals. She is an experienced caregiver in that she has her own dog and 2 cats which she walks, feeds and cares for. She has also taken care of a guinea pig and has trained her dog to walk off leash. Emily would be a good choice as a walker or sitter. She is responsible and takes pride in her work.
