About: Ever since I was little I have loved animals, so much so that when I was 12 I convinced my mother to let me get a dog, despite her fears of them. I raised, trained (haphazardly 😅), and groomed my dog from a puppy to an adult till she died of heart worms. After, I adopted my sister’s dog when she no longer wanted her. Grooming and taking care of her till I went off to college taught me a lot about caring for an older dog. In between dogs and even now I help my friends with their cats, feeding, grooming, and watching over them when their owners are out of town. I have a lot of experience taking care of pets and I am ready to tackle whatever yours may throw at me! I work part time mornings throughout the week so after I get off I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets. I can devote a great deal of time to walking or sitting. The more time you need the more time I get to spend with your cute fur babies making it a win/win. Typically I like to feed pets around every 3-5 hours, but I am perfectly capable of adhering to any sort of schedule or rules you may have regarding feeding times. I am extremely flexible so if there are any specifics when it comes to the care of your pet I will have little to no problem sticking to your routine.

“This is the first time I had someone stay in my home to care for Chica. Alexys was great. She came by the house the day before we were leaving for a meet and greet. She arrived on time, stayed one night overnight, washed the sheets and made the bed. That was above and beyond. And Chica was happy. About: Grew up surrounded by animals, taking care of them is second nature to me. I was raised helping my grandma foster kittens, even helped rehab a bird that fell from our tree. I’ve pet sat for friends and family over the years, regularly walk my aunt’s dog, and have experience house sitting. I also have two dogs of my own, one that is high needs so I am comfortable with more attentive care. I spent time volunteering at an animal sanctuary and even briefly for the SPCA in high school. Overall, I am used to being around all kinds of animals and making sure they are loved and cared for. Currently in between jobs so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am available from 10am-5pm & 8pm-11pm (if needed) Monday-Friday. I am available 9am-6pm on Saturday’s. Sunday’s I may have availability upon request. I am very attentive to your pet’s needs. They will always be securely leashed and I will always adhere to the requests given by pet parents :)
