Hi, I’m Alex, and I have had my own little pet-sitting business for approximately the last 15 years. I have also previously worked at a doggy daycare named BlackDog Daycare and currently work for a dog walking company named The Puppy Butlers. I have provided services to many people and pups all over the Upper Moreland and surrounding areas. I am always looking to meet and care for more pets so feel free to contact me any time. Throughout my decade plus of pet-sitting I have cared for all different types of breeds from Pitbulls to Australian Shepards to American Bulldogs to a tiny little Shih Tzu. Some super energetic, some lazy as the day is long. Some friendly as can be, and some super anxious. So I’ve seen pretty much anything you can expect and understand the different things it takes to care for different animals of all sizes and shapes. I know it isn’t the easiest thing to do to leave your beloved pets with someone you have just met which is why I am more than happy to go the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable as possible whether that means endless pics or facetime or whatever makes you feel best. I look forward to hearing from you and to meeting all my new pup friends!

Alex was fantastic! He stayed in our home for a full week with our dog and four cats while we were away, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He was incredibly communicative and sent updates twice a day with photos—and his commentary genuinely made me laugh. Our dog can be a little apprehensive about new people in her space, and I could actually see the progression in the photos throughout the week. At first she was clearly thinking, “Who is this dude and why is he in my house?” 😂 But before long, she looked completely comfortable, relaxed and genuinely happy with him. Alex also took her on two walks every day, which is basically the fastest way to win her heart. Leaving all five of our pets for a full week is not easy for me, but within the first day or two, Alex had completely put my mind at ease. I was able to actually relax and enjoy my week at the shore with my family knowing everyone at home was happy and well cared for. We will absolutely continue to use Alex for as long as he’ll have us as clients. I can’t recommend him enough!
Alex was great with my very hyper, energetic and reactive dog! He was able to wrangle him even though he’s an extreme puller and took great care of him while my pup has a tail injury. Alex is friendly and responsive, I’d book with him again!
Alex is the best! I hurt my knee and needed someone to walk my large pittie last minute. Alex was nice enough to work him into his schedule even though we have not worked with him before. My dog Alfie tends to pull in a leash and while he loves people, he can sometimes be picky about who walks him. However, he LOVES Alex and Alex does a great job of controlling Alfie on a leash. Thank you so much for your help!
Alex took excellent care of our dogs while we were away for a few days. He was very communicative, sent us pictures and check-ins at least twice a day, and followed all instructions to the letter. This was our first time using a sitter from Rover, and we were a bit nervous about how it would go. Alex exceeded all expectations and gave us invaluable peace of mind all week. 10/10 would definitely book Alex again.
Alex was great! He followed all directions for caring for our dog overnight. He kept in communication with my spouse and myself and sent some wonderful pictures of our happy pup! I highly recommend Alex for any overnight dog sitting needs.

Zeitplan
I currently have a super light schedule where I am only walking at most 3 dogs a day so I have countless hours available to fit more walks or let outs or whatever you need in to my daily schedule!

Ein typischer Tag
I love to take dogs on walks whether it be through the neighborhood or to a local park or really wherever they love to go. I love to find a big field and take them there with a ball or toy and let them run around and get plenty of exercise (of course with permission, some pups can’t be trusted off their leash ever lol).
