She came over to our apartment and took detailed notes about our big guy and was very great with following up and sending us pictures while we were away! She staying the night and was awesome! Since this happened the day before we left we didn’t really have a chance to get him used to the process. Matt went above and beyond to care for Indys paw injury and kept us updated. We would highly recommend Matt!”
