“Samara was great with my dog! Before booking she was willing to come meet Mika to make sure they were both comfortable with each other. While I was away she kept me updated with how she was doing as well as pictures of her. Thank you so much Samara !”

“Samara did a great job! Our dog is anxious and has her quirks and Samara took it all into consideration when watching her. For some reason our dog was even more anxious than usual this time and Samara was very patient and allowed for her to warm up to her on her own time which we appreciated greatly! We would highly recommend!”

“Marti is fantastic! We had a meet and greet couple of weeks ago. That sealed the deal for me. She had a calming effect on my 16 month old Maltipoo. Missy snuggled up to Marti and trusted her. Marti offered to drive me and pick me up from my eye doctor appointment . It worked out great. Missy was such a good girl riding in Marti’s car. Very pleasant, stress free experience for us. Marti is a kind, smart lady. Her past experience is evident. She will watch Missy again in December at my house for a weekend. So happy to have found Marti.”

“Katie was amazing! She watched my dog, Molly, for the day. Katie was very accommodating to my schedule, communicated effectively and most importantly kept Molly happy and safe! I would highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: I’ve had animals since I can remember. I have experience with medication, brushing, walking, playing, and nail trimming. I have had kittens as well as elderly pets. I take care of my cats every single day. I also take care of my mother’s animals when they are out of town. I am an animal lover through and through. I am very gentle and quiet when approaching new animals. I understand that they need to be comfortable with me before I can begin to give them attention. My cardinal rule is to let them sniff me and allow me into their space before I pet or touch.

“Amy was great and I highly recommend! She cared for my dog & cat overnight & sent picture updates throughout the day. Even my neighbors complemented seeing her walk my Nala and how good she was taking care of her. I will definitely hire her again. Thank you Amy!”

“Miranda graciously agreed to a meet and greet before our trip so that she could bond with our pets and review our instructions. Our pets enjoyed being able to stay at home in their own environment where they are comfortable sleeping & eating as opposed to going to a kennel. We were thrilled to receive photos of them while we were away! Miranda took good care of our home while we were gone and left everything in order upon our return. Her daily messages were also appreciated! We will definitely be using Miranda again in the future- she’s awesome! ??”

“We had Sofia house sit and watch our dog while we went out of town and she was awesome! Sent lots of updates and took such good care of our pup and our home! We will definitely be requesting her again!”

“Rachel was wonderful with our Maggie! She was very responsive to our text messages and also so flexible with our schedules and everything involving our dog. She stayed in our home with Maggie, and we returned to our house the way we left it. We highly recommend Rachel for your next pet sitter!”

About: We are a dog loving family. We live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space for exercise and play. We have lots of experience sitting rescued dogs who have anxiety and separation issues. I have experience administering both oral and injection meds , and have taken care of special needs dogs. I have two teens who help with giving lots of love and attention. I started using Rover as a client looking for a sitter, so I know exactly how uncertain it can be. My family is here to help keep your pup happy and safe while you're away. Enjoy your vacation or business trip without any worries. Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to meeting you and your awesome dog ! (We currently have no dogs of our own in the house. My sweet Bella in the photos passed from natural causes in 2018, which is why we enjoy even more when we get to have a four legged guest in the house:)) I work from home at my convenience, so you won't have to worry about your pup being left alone or not getting the supervision or attention they need. I have a large fenced in area for quick potty breaks and for your dog to exercise and play safely away from the street or other animals.

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with a wide range of dog breeds, ages, and sizes. I’ve cared for my own family’s dogs over the years, as well as pets belonging to families I’ve babysat for, which has included house sitting and overnight stays. From energetic puppies to senior dogs needing a gentler touch, I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and personality. Being a college athlete in off season, I am still in training, however I have the choice on when I train making my day to day schedule more flexible. I also work a part time job that allows me to pick what days and times I want to work, allowing me to make other commitments. When caring for pets—whether in my home or a client’s—I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality, routine, and needs. In a client’s home, I aim to maintain their familiar environment and schedule to reduce stress. This includes feeding them according to their usual times and diet, providing fresh water, administering any medications as directed, and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and playtime.

“Karen was amazing with my 2 furry guys! She was calm, caring and took great attention to them. Jack needed daily pills and she was able to do that effortlessly. Karen shared multiple daily texts and pictures too! She was so gracious and left my house very clean upon returning from a week long family vacation. Very kind, respectable and caring-top notch and I highly recommend. Thank you Karen!!”

“Would absolutely recommend Forest as a sitter! Max was comfortable and happy while we were away. Max even followed him to the door while he was leaving, a little sad to see his new friend go!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting for the past 4 years, as well as growing up taking care of dogs as well. I understand the need for quality time and care needed for every pet! I currently work part-time (including weekends), so I will not be gone for more than 4-5 hours. I am applying for grad school starting in the fall, so updates will be coming on when that schedule will change. I have cared for pets that need more immediate care and attention and those that are more independent. Whatever your routine with you let us, I am quick to learn and ask questions to understand in order to keep their routines as consistent as possible.

Williamsville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Marti is such an excellent dog sitter and a truly nice person. Our dog is elderly, hard of hearing, visually impaired, and on a special low protein diet. Marti came to our home to care for Samson for 9 days, and care for him she did! She loved him like we do, making sure all his needs were met. She sent us lots of pictures throughout each day, and she let us know if she needed to leave him for even a couple hours. I recommend Marti without any reservations at all. She is the best!

Ellie was our dog Mila’s first sitter, and she was fantastic: providing constant feedback on Mila and sending pictures and taking care of our Mila like she was her own. Would absolutely recommend her to look after your pets if you have the chance to book her.

We booked Sage for house sit our dog for seven days during our summer vacation. She was great with the dog. Very professional and kept a good communication with us. We were able to have a piece of mind knowing that our dog was happy with her. This was our first time and we are definitely looking forward to book her to leave our dog with when ever we are going away in the future.
