“My pup, Roscoe, absolutely loved his stay! Kelti was friendly, accommodating and most of all, they cared for Roscoe like he was one of their own dogs. Will definitely book again in the future!”

“Bill and Haley are more than I could ask for in dog sitters… once after my fight got delayed, they were willing to bring my dog Sadie out to the car at 1 am, so I wouldn’t have to drive back the next morning. They go above and beyond in attention, care and kindness. I absolutely highly recommend their services!”
“We are repeat clients because there is no one else that our pup loves more than Grandma Jane and Grandpa Scott’s house! Jane shares updates regularly and keeps our active pup busy and happy.”

“Alfie is a happy boy after staying with Rachel. We appreciate all of her communication, even when our pup is doing embarrassing things. We love seeing him hog their bed, going swimming, and playing fetch with all the pictures Rachel provides us. We can tell he is well tuckered out, once we’re all back together as a family. Thank you Rachel for caring for animals the way you do.”

“Jenny was amazing!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. She took Romeo on walks, took pixs and videos. I was so at peace and he was so comfortable that we have found our "sitter person". Thank u Jenny for making my vacation enjoyable and Romeo too 😆”

“Dana and Jason were very sweet and did a great job caring for Onyx! Dana sent lots of photos which we really appreciated. It was our first time leaving Onyx with Dana and Jason and plan on coming back!”

“Madison took great care of my girl! She sent me daily updates and photos and responded promptly whenever I reached out. She treated her as if she were her own and I would definitely trust her to watch my baby again!”

“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. Thank you so much for watching her!”

“Monte did a wonderful job keeping tabs on my pup! He was kind and welcoming with the introductions, as well as his furry companion. Definitely will be contacting Monte again in the future.”

“My dog, Dolly, loves staying with Patricia. She has stayed with her multiple times and I have peace of mind knowing she is loved and well cared for. I appreciate the daily updates and photos that Patricia provides. So thankful to have such a wonderful trustworthy dog sitter who I know truly cares for my baby 💕”

“Tasha and Joseph were awesome with my dog! I was updated daily with tons of pictures. Also, my dog got sick while in their care and they handled it perfectly. They were extremely responsive with updates and took great care of her. They even followed up after to make sure she was doing well!”

“Abbie did such a great job with our pup! She communicates often and clearly. Helped with crate drop off and pick up. We feel very comfortable leaving out dog at her house. He had a great time and came home tired and very happy.”

“Matthew was amazing. I’ve only had Oakley for two weeks and am still getting to know his habits, on top of the fact that he is already 85 lbs, but none of that bothered Matthew. He sent daily pictures and confirmed that all was going well. He is very relaxed and Oakley got along very well with his three dogs. Matthew has a very large backyard and a 100’ lead that was great for Oakley since he loves to just lay outside. I highly recommend Matthew and will be using him again.”

“I can’t say thank you enough to Matthew and Jill for taking good care of our dog - Piper! Communication is excellent - answering my questions promptly and providing us updates and pictures. Just a wonderful family for my pup to stay for 3 weeks! I got Piper back very clean and happy as could be. Highly recommended for sure! 5+ stars ?”

“Alycia & Scott were awesome! Montey came back a very happy pup who appeared to have had his own little holiday! Montey can be quite nervous but Alycia made sure he (and I!) felt comfortable before leaving! We are so grateful for the regular updates and Alycia really took the time to read my (rather long!) bio on Montey before we arrived so she was fully clued up! Montey found a great friend in Stella too and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!”

About: I have had dogs in my family since I was about 8. I have worked with puppies from 2018-2020 I have fostered many dogs from Cincinnati Animal Care the past year. I currently am self employed and am home a lot for the time being. I am. really flexible with fitting pets into my daily/weekly routine currently. I have quick access to outside and there are dog friendly parks in my neighborhood that are only a 45 second walk. (usually never busy) I can crate the dog if needed or let them lounge if the owner approves! I can take dogs on short-long walks and can take them to any appointments if anything was planned ahead of time. Very flexible!
“Emily was amazing. We just got our pup less than a week before a family vacation. She was very accommodating helping potty train him, and teaching him commands. She sent pictures/ vidoes and updates daily. I was worried our pup wouldn't want to come home he was so happy. He was having so much much fun and was able to run and play. He was freshly bathed when we picked him up. Emily even accommodated a early drop off. I was completely pleased with the experience and felt comfortable on our trip. Our pup was in the best hands. Would definitely use her again in the future. I'm sure our puppy would agree and be happy to visit again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wilder
Austin was fantastic from the start and really did a great job taking care of our dog. Our beagle stayed with Austin for 1 night and he was super attentive, listened, and made her feel at home. We were looking for a sitter that more matched our home environment to make her comfortable, versus a kennel. Austin came through on that and our beagle was super comfortable! Austin was very responsive in communications and sent updates during her stay, which we appreciated! Would book Austin again as he treated Roxy very well.

Matt was great! Our boys, Hammer & Chisel, were well taken care of! Also, great communication from Matt made our first time using Rover a smooth experience. You won't be disappointed if you choose Matt to look after your fur babies, he's laid back and a pleasure to work with!

This was Mango’s first Rover sitter and as a (possibly overly so) doting dog mom I was a little anxious. Lexi was fantastic, providing daily updates and pictures that really helped put me at ease. Mango, on the other hand, clearly had a great time and enjoyed her vacation thoroughly. I would absolutely book with Lexi again!

Corey was great to work with! He was responsive to messages, sent pictures and gave updates on how our boy, Arlo was doing during his stay! He accommodated our slightly challenging travel schedule that made drop off later than we anticipated, which was very much appreciated! If we’re in the area we would have our dog stay with him again!

Jennifer and her family took great care of our 14 year old husky shepherd. She was safe, well cared for and enjoyed the company and love from them. They communicated easily and sent pictures…our trip was amazing and we never worried for a minute! Thank you Jennifer!!!!

Tyler was amazing with Finn. Super communicative the entire time which gave me a ton of peace of mind while I was away. He sent plenty of photos and videos, and you could tell Finn was genuinely happy and comfortable the whole stay. Tyler clearly cares and treats your dog like his own. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress free from start to finish. Would absolutely book with Tyler again without hesitation.

Megan and Alexandra are the BEST! I have reviewed them before but want to say again... first and foremost, our girls are safe, loved, spoiled and oh, so happy when they are with them. It puts this nervous Momma's mind and heart at ease. They are very flexible and communicative - and all around great people. We hope they will always want to take our girls!
I had such a wonderful experience with Aubrey and Frank! From the very beginning, they were responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. They were also incredibly accommodating with my last-minute travel plans, which I truly appreciate. Most importantly, Chloe seemed so happy and comfortable throughout her stay. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in caring and trustworthy hands. They gave Chloe lots of love and attention and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
